Abstract

Elemento estructural para la construcción de bastidores para ventanas y similares, caracterizado porque consiste en un perfil de sección general rectangular con un elemento de retención de un panel (54) que sobresale de una superficie (56) del perfil y se extiende a lo largo de la misma, cuyo elemento de retención presenta una cara enfrentada al panel dispuesta perpendicularmente a dicha superficie (56) y dos caras inclinadas (58, 60) que se extienden a lo largo del perfil entre dicha superficie (56) y la superficie (62) enfrentada al panel, cuyas caras son de anchura substancialmente iguales y están inclinadas formando ángulos iguales con la superficie (62) enfrentada al panel y con dicha superficie (56) del perfil y la altura y anchura del elemento de retención son al menos substancialmente iguales, por lo que para construir bastidores para ventanas y similares a partir del perfil, éste se puede aserrar, mediante una serie de cortes transversales, dispuestos a 45º a través del perfil, formando elementos de bastidor de longitudes apropiadas para montarlos alternativamente en un bastidor estático exterior y en un bastidor interior de la hoja de la ventana cortando los elementos de retención de los elementos de bastidor que han de formar el bastidor exterior y utilizándolos como listones de sujeción para montar en el bastidor interior un vidrio u otro panel.
