Abstract
Carcasa intermedia de turbinas (10) para una turbina de gas, en particular, una turbina de gas de aeronave, que comprende: una pluralidad de elementos de pared exterior (22) dispuestos sucesivamente en dirección circunferencial; una pluralidad de elementos de pared interior (24) dispuestos sucesivamente en dirección circunferencial, en donde los elementos de pared exterior (22) y los elementos de pared interior (24) delimitan a través de los lados interiores opuestos entre sí un canal de flujo (20) para los gases de escape; una pluralidad de elementos de carenado de puntal (38) dispuestos en dirección radial (DR) entre un elemento de pared exterior correspondiente (22) y un elemento de pared interior correspondiente (24), una carcasa exterior (14) que rodea los elementos de pared interior (22) y los elementos de pared interior (24), y una estructura de soporte anular (18), que rodea una zona de rodamiento de un eje (12) de la turbina de gas, en particular del eje de la turbina de alta presión, en donde los elementos de carenado de puntal (38) están diseñados de modo que presentan una cavidad de recepción (46) para la recepción de elementos de soporte (16) que se extienden de la estructura de soporte anular (18) en dirección sustancialmente radial (DR) hasta la carcasa exterior (14) a través del canal de flujo (20), de modo que a través del canal de flujo (20) se conducen gases de escape que fluyen a través de los elementos de carenado de puntal (38) alrededor de los elementos de soporte (16), en donde los elementos de pared exterior (22), los elementos de pared interior (24) y los elementos de carenado de puntal (38) se fabrican al menos parcialmente a partir de materiales compuestos de fibra (CMC), en donde los elementos de pared exterior (22) están diseñados de modo que se acoplan con la carcasa exterior (14), y en donde los elementos de pared interior (24) están diseñados de modo que se acoplan con la estructura de soporte anular (18), en donde al menos una parte de la pluralidad de elementos de pared exterior (22) y al menos una parte de la pluralidad de elementos de pared interior (24) presentan aberturas de carenado (44), en cuyos extremos radiales (54, 60a) se insertan los elementos de carenado de puntal (38), caracterizada por que los elementos de carenado de puntal (38) se colocan de manera flotante por medio de los respectivos conjuntos de sellado (50a) entre los elementos de pared exterior (22) y los elementos de pared interior (24).
