Abstract

Un procedimiento para crioconservar citoblastos sobre un sustrato, comprendiendo el procedimiento: exponer un sustrato sembrado con citoblastos a una fase de descenso gradual de temperatura 5 de 10 °C por 10 segundos a 10 °C por 120 segundos a una temperatura final de aproximadamente 0 °C, en el que el sustrato comprende parileno, en el que el sustrato tiene una o más características seleccionadas de (i) un coeficiente de expansión térmica del sustrato. (ii) un parámetro de elasticidad del sustrato, o (iii) un grosor del sustrato, potenciando dichas características la viabilidad de los citoblastos sembrados; transferir el sustrato sembrado con células a una temperatura intermedia de -20 °C a -100 °C durante un primer período de tiempo; y, mantener los citoblastos a una temperatura de almacenamiento que es inferior a la temperatura intermedia durante un segundo período de tiempo, obteniendo así citoblastos crioconservados.
