Equipment for washing containers and litter bins.

SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE

The present invention relates to equipment for the washing of containers and bins, specially designed to make it possible to carry out conveniently, quickly and easily the washing of domestic containers from 15 liters to 60 liters and litter bins located in parks and sidewalks, which traditional cleaning equipment left, until now, excluded.

The equipment can be mounted on vehicles of small dimensions (useful tonnage at least 900 kg) that do not involve problems of viability, capable of circulating in the urban area, where the presence of alleys and lanes does not suppose any obstacle to normal operation.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Street and container cleaning equipment is known for the cleaning of large capacity containers, so that these equipment, as mentioned above, when cleaning tasks, discard the cleaning of small containers and bins, task that should be carried out manually, by other cleaning services on foot, or move these containers and bins to other cleaning facilities, which in both cases slows down and complicates these operations.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The Equipment for the washing of containers and litter bins that is recommended solves in a fully satisfactory way the problems previously exposed, based on a simple but effective solution.

For this, the equipment of the invention is constituted from a counterchassis-shell intended to be implanted in the chassis vehicles of small dimensions, in which a rear access door to the equipment is established, and side doors for inspection / maintenance.

In the bosom of said casing a cistern of double distribution that can contain 500 liters of clean water 500 liters of dirty water is established.

Each distribution will have its mouth of load of inspection, a visual indicator of the level of water, as well as a filter with steel net for the escape of dirty water.

The equipment is composed of two compartments on the back, one with a waste container with sliding base and articulated with manual function.

The second compartment is made up of a steel structure equipped with a bar with a mobile locking device and manual operation, becoming an opaque laundry room for cleaning.

In this way, the operator opens the upper hatch and front door, overturns the bin and deposits it inside out, keeping it in that position through the aforementioned manual system.

When both doors are closed and at this point a sensor is started that allows the operator to start the washing by pressing the corresponding controls set on the equipment.

For this purpose, the equipment has a pressure water pump associated with a rotating head with corresponding nozzles that will drive the pressurized water over the inside of the container or wastebasket in question.

The container will present a receptacle in which to collect any residues present inside the bin before submitting it to washing. This container can be freed of waste at the convenience of the operator on other containers of greater capacity that are located on the road.

According to another feature of the invention, it is provided that the equipment includes an automatic winder associated with the pressurized water pump, as well as a lance, to allow external cleaning operations of the bins as well as the base of clamping and steeping the bin location environment, thus completing the total cleaning of the environment.

It only remains to note finally that the equipment will include safety devices such as an intermittent rotating beacon and a safety switch.

In this way you get a team to collect and clean all kinds of buckets and bins that are in squares, public roads and pedestrian streets without disturbing pedestrians and pedestrians, without the need to transport them to any other place.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the figures shown, it can be seen how the equipment for washing containers and bins recommended is constituted from a counter chassis (1), associated with a covering casing (14), preferably made of aluminum alloy 6060 , contrachasis (1) intended to be implanted in the chassis vehicles of small dimensions.

Said housing will have a rear access door to the equipment, and side doors for inspection / maintenance.

Well, within the said casing a cistern (2) is established, with two independent compartments (3-4), which can contain 500 liters of clean water 500 liters of dirty water, cistern built in stainless steel Aisi 304, with anti-corrosive treatments.

The cistern is equipped with two mouths (5-6) of inspection load, one for each compartment, being able to incorporate visual indicators of the water level.

The dirty water compartment (4) will have an outlet (7) visible in figure 3, with a filter with stainless steel net.

In addition to the aforementioned tank or cistern (2), the equipment has a compartment (8) for emptying solid waste that may be contained in the bin prior to washing.

In addition, the equipment has a semi-automatic washing device (9) inside the bins, in which a bar (10) with a mobile locking device and manual operation, on which the bins will be disposed (11) in position inverted, being housed in a kind of chamber in which a vertical arm (12) is established with an autototative head (13) equipped with 4 nozzles responsible for boosting water at 100 bar pressure for about 5 seconds, guaranteeing a considerable degree of cleaning the trash

For this, the operator will access this device through the aforementioned upper gate and front door of the housing and after emptying the bin in the compartment (8), depositing it face down through the bar (10), so that the washing is started by pressing the corresponding drive control, circuit that is assisted by door closing sensors, in order not to allow the start of the operation if said doors are not closed.

The pressurized water is driven by a 150 bar pressure pump, which is fed from the compartment (3) of clean water, while the water poured on the inside of the bins is returned to the compartment (4) of dirty water, through a drain (7).

The estimated water consumption for each operation is 1 liter of water. With the capacity of a 350-liter tank, approximately 350 buckets / bins can be washed without the need for water replenishment.

For its part, the compartment (8) or container for solid waste will have a capacity of 120 liters, container that can be freed of waste at the convenience of the operator on other containers that are located on the road.

The equipment has a tank for hydraulic oil (15) of 75 liters capacity, in carbon steel, painted, with visual level indicator, charge plug and return filter.

Returning to figure 1, on the side of the equipment is provided an automatic winding (16) in painted carbon steel, equipped with high pressure lance and a hose of 20 meters, ideal for carrying out the external cleaning of the bins and the area adjoining them.

Finally, to say that the equipment will have the classic safety devices such like an intermittent rotating beacon or a safety switch.

1a.- Equipment for washing containers and litter bins, which being intended to be implanted on the chassis of a small vehicle, is characterized in that it is constituted from a contrachasis (1), associated with a covering casing, equipped with doors of access to its interior, in which a cistern (2) is established, with two independent compartments (3-4), of clean water and dirty water, with their corresponding mouths (5-6) of load and inspection, counting on a compartment (8) for emptying the solid waste that the bin can contain prior to washing, additionally including a semi-automatic washing device (9) inside the bins, in which a bar (10) with mobile blocking device and manual operation, whereby the wastepaper basket is faced in an inverted position on a chamber in which a vertical arm (12) is established with a self-rotating head (13) equipped with washing nozzles by means of a pressure vessel, driven by a pump fed from the compartment (3) of clean water, washing chamber that includes a drain (7) for driving the dirty water from the washing to the compartment (4) of dirty water. 2a.-Equipment for washing containers and bins, according to claim 1, characterized in that on the side, an automatic reel (16) associated with a hose and a high pressure lance is provided. 3a.-Equipment for washing containers and bins, according to claim 1, characterized in that the dirty water compartment (4) has an outlet (7), with a filter with stainless steel net. 4a.-Equipment for the washing of containers and bins, according to claim 1, characterized in that the equipment includes control and operation controls of the cleaning system of the interior of the bins, assisted by a safety circuit associated with sensors of closure of the corresponding access doors to the equipment. 5a.-Equipment for washing containers and bins, according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes a hydraulic oil tank (15). 6a.-Equipment for washing containers and bins, according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes an intermittent rotating beacon and a safety switch.
