Abstract
Un procedimiento in vitro para liberar un compuesto de vitamina D desde la proteína de unión a la vitamina D que comprende la etapa de: a) proporcionar una muestra que se va a investigar y b) mezclar la muestra de la etapa (a) con i) un reactivo que contiene una sal de hidrogenocarbonato en una concentración de 0,1 M a 2,0 M o una sustancia capaz de liberar iones hidrogenocarbonato (HCO3) tras hidrólisis en una concentración de 0,1 M a 2,0 M, ii) un agente reductor, y iii) un agente alcalinizante, liberando de este modo el compuesto de vitamina D desde la proteína de unión a la vitamina D.
