Abstract
Material para pisos compuesto de elementos para pisos con forma de láminas (1) con una forma mayormente cuadrada o rectangular, dichos elementos para pisos (1) están provistos de bordes (2), un lado inferior (5) y una capa decorativa superior (3), en donde los elementos para pisos (1) están previstos para unirse mediante piezas de unión (10), en donde -los elementos para pisos (1) están provistos de piezas de unión macho (10I) en un primer borde (2I), mientras que un segundo borde (2II) de los elementos para pisos (1) está provisto de una pieza de unión hembra (10II), en donde la pieza de unión macho (10I) está provista de una lengüeta (11) y una ranura (12) en el lado inferior (5) mientras que la pieza de unión hembra (10II) está provista de una ranura (13) y un montante (14), el montante (14) está provisto de un labio (15), en donde los elementos para pisos (1) están concebidos para unirse principalmente mediante la inclinación del elemento para pisos (1) que ha de unirse a un elemento para pisos (1) ya instalado o a una fila de elementos para pisos (1) ya instalados, con la pieza de unión macho (10I) del elemento para pisos (1) formando un ángulo hacia abajo y permitiendo al primer borde (2I) estar principalmente paralelo al segundo borde (2II) del elemento (1) o elementos para pisos (1) ya instalados, en donde la lengüeta (11) del elemento para pisos inclinado (1) se inserta en la ranura (13) de la pieza de unión hembra (10II) del elemento (1) o elementos para pisos (1) ya instalados, en donde el elemento para pisos inclinado (1) se gira hacia abajo, actuando su borde inferior como eje pivote, de modo tal que el labio (15) finalmente se enganche o caiga dentro de la ranura (12) del lado inferior (5) donde la capa decorativa superior (3) de los elementos para pisos (1) es principalmente paralela; -los elementos para pisos (1), en un tercer borde (2III), están provistos de una pieza de unión macho de ensamblaje vertical (10III), mientras que un cuarto borde (2IV) está provisto de una pieza de unión hembra de ensamblaje vertical (10IV), estando dispuesto el cuarto borde (2IV) en el lado opuesto al tercer borde (2III); y - dos bordes adyacentes (2) de un elemento para pisos (1) pueden, al mismo tiempo y en el mismo movimiento de giro, unirse con un elemento para pisos (1) adyacente al primer borde (2I) y un elemento para pisos (1) adyacente al tercer o cuarto borde (2III y 2IV respectivamente), en donde dichas piezas de unión macho de ensamblaje vertical están provistas de superficies inferiores de caras (21) principalmente verticales, dispuestas en forma paralela al borde más cercano (2), dichas caras inferiores (21) están destinadas a interactuar con las caras superiores principalmente verticales (22) dispuestas sobre las piezas de unión hembra de ensamblaje vertical (10IV), de manera tal que dos elementos para pisos adyacentes unidos (1) queden trabados el uno contra el otro en dirección horizontal, caracterizado porque las piezas de unión macho de ensamblaje vertical (10III) están provistas de un gancho de cierre instantáneo (23) y las piezas de unión hembra de ensamblaje vertical (10IV) está provista de una muesca (24) coincidente, que, al tener superficies con trabas principalmente horizontales, limitan el movimiento vertical entre dos elementos para pisos (1) adyacentes unidos, y por que dicho gancho de cierre instantáneo (23) está posicionado en una posición interior con respecto al borde superior del elemento de piso respectivo y se forma un ángulo de guía sobre dicha muesca (24).Floor material composed of sheet-shaped floor elements (1) with a mostly square or rectangular shape, said floor elements (1) are provided with edges (2), a bottom side (5) and an upper decorative layer ( 3), where the floor elements (1) are provided to be joined by connecting pieces (10), where - the floor elements (1) are provided with male connecting parts (10I) in a first edge (2I ), while a second edge (2II) of the floor elements (1) is provided with a female connection piece (10II), where the male connection piece (10I) is provided with a tongue (11) and a groove (12) on the lower side (5) while the female connecting piece (10II) is provided with a groove (13) and an upright (14), the upright (14) is provided with a lip (15), wherein the floor elements (1) are intended to be joined mainly by tilting the floor element (1) which has a go to an already installed floor element (1) or to a row of already installed floor elements (1), with the male connecting piece (10I) of the floor element (1) angled downwards and allowing the first edge (2I) be mainly parallel to the second edge (2II) of the element (1) or elements for floors (1) already installed, where the tongue (11) of the inclined floor element (1) is inserted in the slot (13) of the female connecting piece (10II) of the element (1) or elements for floors (1) already installed, where the inclined floor element (1) is rotated downwards, its lower edge acting as a pivot axis, in such a way that the lip (15) finally catches or falls into the groove (12) of the lower side (5) where the upper decorative layer (3) of the floor elements (1) is mainly parallel;
