Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de composiciones de caucho sintético, caracterizado porque se incorporan de 25 a 75 partes en peso de negro de horno super abrasión intermedio a 100 partes en peso de un polímero de butadieno-1,3 que contiene por lo menos 60% de sus unidades monómeras polimerizadas en la configuración cis-1,4, siendo llevada a cabo esta incorporación en un mezclador o por adición a la mezcla polimerizante, antes de aislar el polímero, o eventualmente por adición a un caucho de tratamiento antes de mezclar el último con el polibutadieno siendo mezclada la mezcla así obtenida con compuestos que proporcionan de 0,5 a 1,5 partes en peso de azufre disponible para vulcanización.
