Abstract

1. Envase hermético, con precinto inviolable, dispositivo de apertura y asa incorporada, perfeccionado, caracterizado esencialmente porque consta de un recipiente realizado en material plástico, de forma sensiblemente troncocónica, que en su parte superior posee un acanalamiento o reborde periférico, en el que registra ajustando una tapa, cuya sección es complementaria a las formas del reborde. Ambas piezas configuran un cierre hermético. 2. Envase hermético, con precinto inviolable, dispositivo de apertura y asa incorporada, perfeccionado, de acuerdo con la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado esencialmente porque en el exterior del recipiente, solidario a éste, se han previsto resaltes diametralmente opuestos, unidos ambos con un asa de diseño característico, con asidero central y extremos unidos a los resaltes mediante unos estrangulamientos de forma característica que permita las acciones mecánicas de flexibilidad y robustez requeridas para la operación a ejecutar. Dado el diseño de este asa, que se consigue industrialmente con el mismo principio de inyección, permite el apilamiento sin estorbar, al ubicarse externa y lateralmente al cubo o recipiente principal, si bien en la operación de transporte se localiza centrada y perpendicular al plano teórico de la tapa, consiguiéndose una operación de transporte fácil, cómoda y segura. 3. Envase hermético, con precinto inviolable, dispositivo de apertura y asa incorporada, perfeccionado, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado esencialmente porque la base del recipiente posee un estriado antideslizante y nervios de refuerzo, teniendo la zona central del fondo y la tapa, forma de casquete esférico. La tapa tiene en su lateral una pestaña que facilita la apertura del recipiente sin necesidad de utilizar herramientas o útil alguno. 4. Envase hermético, con precinto inviolable dispositivo de apertura y asa incorporal, perfeccionado, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado esencialmente porque la pieza de cierre o precinto inviolable está formado por una anilla y un zincho periférico con ciertas zonas debilitadas, de forma que si se tira de la anilla rompe por las zonas debilitadas, dando accesibilidad al recipiente. Si este precinto no se destruye, no es posible acceder al interior del recipiente. 5. Envase hermético, con precinto inviolable dispositivo de apertura y asa incorporada, perfeccionado, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado esencialmente porque la hermeticidad del conjunto está garantizada de forma indefinida por el ajuste de un mínimo de tres zonas de la tapa y el recipiente. Estas zonas de contacto aíslan del exterior el material confinado en el recipiente. 6. Envase hermético, con precinto inviolable, dispositivo de abertura y asa incorporada, perfeccionado, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, caracterizado esencialmente porque las dos ranuras que confinan entre ambas la pestaña de apertura no restan hermeticidad al dispositivo y mediante unasimple combinación de movimiento es posible extraer la tapa o cerrarla sin ninguna dificultad. 7. Envase hermético, con precinto inviolable dispositivo de apertura y asa incorporada, perfeccionada.
