Abstract

Technology Sector

The field of application of the present invention is part of the technical sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of paddle blades and their accessories.

Background of the invention

Within the scope of the invention, that is to say paddle blades, it is usual that the striking surface has vibrations that go directly in the direction of the shovel handle, directly to the elbow and wrist of the user, player or practitioner of that sport.

For this reason and to reduce these vibrations by a very high percentage, I invented an external anti-vibrator, not included in the manufacturing process of a paddle blade to improve the health and sensations of the user with the paddle paddle.

Elbow injuries are well known in this sport, such as the so-called "tennis elbow" epicondylitis. Thanks to this invention we can reduce the number of injuries.

At the moment there is no anti-vibration system that is not included in the manufacturing process of a paddle shovel. This instrument is external, easily attached and insertable in the paddle paddle.

There are several anti-vibration systems but all are included in the manufacturing process of paddle blades and there is no external or external element that can be incorporated into the paddle blade after its manufacture.

Explanation of the invention

Due to the problems of all paddle blades with the vibrations that affect the user, I have decided to create the following instrument to avoid the vibrations of the paddle blades and thus improve their quality of use.

The instrument of the invention is an external anti-vibrator for paddle blades. This tubular shaped instrument that is inserted through one or several holes of the paddle blade, to avoid vibrations that reach the elbow and wrist of the user, player or paddle practitioner.

This instrument can be manufactured in different sizes, shapes, colors and materials.

The invention and the object of the invention is to reduce and avoid vibrations and improve the health of the user, player or paddle practitioner. With this external element, which is attached or inserted into the paddle paddle after its manufacture, we can improve the aforementioned.

At the moment there is no external element that attaches to the paddle blade to avoid vibrations and improve the sensations of the paddle shovel user. This instrument is perfectly usable in professional championships and in any field of paddle practice since it fits perfectly with the current regulations of the Spanish padel federation.

Preferred embodiment of the invention will be in polymeric material, surely an elastomer with great elastic recovery and high impact toughness so that it absorbs vibrations. a silicone or high density ABS, its volume is so small that it will not affect balances or variations in the center of gravity of the blade. Both its simple and double configuration are subject to modifications according to manufacturing criteria, aesthetic and functional.

In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, a non-limiting example of the external anti-vibrating element for paddle paddles can be seen, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.

In figure 1 we can see in the front view the anti-vibrator for paddle blades, said instrument consists of a single piece (although it could be made in several) made in any type of elastomer (preferably a vibration resistant elastomer). In figure 1 it can be seen in point 1.1 of the figure, which is the upper part and which is the same at its two ends and guarantees its perfect placement in any hole of a paddle shovel. This tubular instrument is also comprised by a widening of the central part (1.2) so that the pressure thereof increases when introduced through any of the holes of the paddle blade.

You can see its placement in Figures 4 and 5, this is how each user will introduce it by himself in his paddle shovel once it has been manufactured.

In figure 3 we can see the same instrument in this double case, which can be manufactured in the same materials and that is simply joined by a glutton (3.1).

Figure 4 shows the face of the paddle blade (4.1) and the anti-vibrator placed inside (4.2).

In figure 5 we can see the face of a paddle paddle in perspective and where to go 5 introduced our anti-vibrator (A).

The clearest way of realization is the form that appears in figure 1, it is tubular in shape, with a widening in the central part to increase the pressure once introduced in the paddle blade and the upper and lower part (1.1) with a thicker and wider termination of the tube so that it fits perfectly to the holes or holes that carry the paddle blades. The manner described in Figure 3 is simply the double embodiment of the same instrument.

The measures of the anti-vibrator are defined by the size of the holes of the paddle blades 15 which in this case are: Diameter: from 9 to 13 mm and length 38 mm, being able to make variations for each brand and model of paddle blades .
