Abstract

Electroválvula de núcleos móviles asistidos, que siendo del tipo que comprende un obturador desplazable asociado a un diafragma que independiza la cámara de la válvula correspondiente a la conducción de entrada y una cámara piloto, excepto en lo que respecta a un paso reducido para purgar el fluido cuyo conjunto obturador-diafragma separa igualmente la cámara de entrada y la cámara piloto de una tercera cámara correspondiente a la conducción de salida, excepto en lo que respecta también a un paso piloto menos reducido que el anterior, cuyo paso piloto cuando no está obstruido por el obturador movible causa una diferencia de presión en el fluido que desplaza el tabique de forma que se abra la válvula para permitir el flujo directo entre la cámara de entrada y la cámara de salida, existiendo además un resorte que actua sobre un núcleo desplazable incidente sobre el obturador y capaz de cerrar el paso piloto existente en este último, siendo dicho núcleo desplazable en contra del citado resortepor la acción de una bobina electromagnética, esencialmente se caracteriza porque el citado resorte descansa, en oposición al mencionado núcleo, sobre un segundo núcleo que a su vez es desplazable en contra de la tensión de un segundo resorte, contanto este segundo núcleo con una proyección rígida, preferentemente un tubo, que envuelve al núcleo obturador y al primer resorte y que alcanza al propio obturador, de forma que cuando dicho obturador se desplaza al existir diferencias de presión en el fluido, el segundo núcleo es a su vez desplazado en contra de la tensión del correspondiente resorte y a través de la mencionada conexión rígida, en cuyo movimiento se desplaza el núcleo obturador impidiéndose que vuelva a cerrarse el paso piloto de forma que tras la actuación de los medios de control magnético para desplazar el núcleo obturador contra el primer y correspondiente resorte, mediante un movimiento de apertura inicial leve, el movimiento resultante del obturador, producido por la diferencia de presión en el fluido, desplaza al núcleo obturador en mucha mayor medida contra el segundo resorte, determinándose un consumo de energía por parte de los medios de control magnéticos, mínimo.
