Abstract

Procedimiento para la hidrólisis térmica en continuo de materia orgánica y una instalación apta para la puesta en práctica del procedimiento. Procedimiento para la hidrólisis térmica en continuo de materia orgánica, que comprende al menos las etapas de a) presurizar materia orgánica de partida a una presión de consigna P1; b) mezclar en línea materia orgánica presurizada con vapor para obtener una mezcla a una temperatura controlada de consigna T1, seleccionada inferior a la temperatura de saturación de la mezcla; c) introducir en continuo la mezcla obtenida, que encuentra en una fase líquida, en un reactor de hidrólisis; d) extraer en continuo mezcla hidrolizada del reactor de hidrólisis; y e) despresurizar súbitamente la citada mezcla hidrolizada separando una fracción líquida de una fracción vapor, que es recuperado; en el que el vapor empleado para producir la mezcla en la etapa b) comprende vapor recuperado en la operación e) que es recomprimido.
