Abstract
A central electric motor spins spheres filled with mercury from a tank located in the center of rotation. The liquid compresses a mass of hydrogen inside it with the pressure corresponding to a column of the turning radius and centripetal acceleration. The device allows to ionize the hydrogen by means of electrical tension pulses in high frequency at the time that a unidirectional electromagnetic field crosses it. Under these conditions the plasma has inductive impedance. A discharge of thousands of amps through it allows to reach the melting temperature. The spheres are opened by differential pressure and the mercury vapor produces an impulse that increases its speed by transforming the electric motor into an electric alternator. When steam comes out of the spheres, liquid mercury enters its entire inner surface that acts as a refrigerant. If you compress a stiometric mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, an electric arc will suffice in the compressed mixture for its operation, comparable to the previous one but of lower power.
