Abstract
La invención consiste en un biodigestor en línea o túnel continuo de mezcla separada para la producción de biogás que cuenta en cada uno de sus extremos con una puerta y una precámara. El material es transportado en vagonetas. Las vagonetas que transportan la materia a digerir, previamente tratada, entra a través de una de estas puertas al interior siguiendo unas guías que permiten posicionarlas correctamente. La vagoneta avanza de forma diaria a la siguiente posición de forma que al finalizar el periodo de biodigestión, la vagoneta se encuentre al final del biodigestor y el efluente resultante pueda pasar a la siguiente zona en la que será convenientemente tratado. El biogás generado se concentra en la cámara superior del túnel y posteriormente se transporta al correspondiente depósito para su almacenamiento, el biogás obtenido puede usarse para generar energía eléctrica y/o térmica.The invention consists of an in-line biodigestor or a continuous mixing tunnel for the production of biogas that has a door and a pre-chamber at each end. Se dispondrá de un número de posiciones que permita que las vagonetas se desplacen diariamente una posición de forma que al finalizar los días necesarios para una óptima co-digestión la vagoneta se encuentre en la última posición, lista para introducirse en la cámara de salida, en la que el biogás que entre se devuelve al interior del biodigestor para después proceder a la apertura de la puerta de salida, permitiendo que la vagoneta pueda desplazarse a la siguiente zona en la que el efluente resultante de la co-digestión pueda ser tratado convenientemente para su eliminación o bien, como solución recomendada, pueda ser tratado para su posterior uso como abono, reutilizando así el subproducto generado.The continuous tunnel biodigester consists of an in-line continuous digester or rectangular tunnel, in each of the small walls there is a pre-chamber and a door.
