Abstract

Piezas de moldeo integrales de poliuretano aligeradas, espumadas con una densidad de espuma libre como máximo de 450 kg/m3 y una diferencia de densidad entre el núcleo y la piel exterior de la pieza de moldeo de al menos 90 kg/m3, que pueden obtenerse a partir de A) compuestos de poliisocianato (ciclo)alifáticos modificados orgánicos con al menos dos grupos isocianato, que no están unidos directamente a un grupo aromático, que pueden obtenerse a partir de poliisocianatos (ciclo)alifáticos monoméricos B) polioles con un peso molecular medio de 1.000 a 15.000 g/mol y una funcionalidad de 2 a 8, preferiblemente de 2 a 6, C) polioles o poliaminas con un peso molecular de 62 a 500 g/mol y una funcionalidad de 2 a 8, preferiblemente de 2 a 4, como prolongadores de cadena / reticulantes, D) agentes expansivos E) dado el caso otros coadyuvantes y aditivos, caracterizadas porque el componente A) presenta un contenido en monómeros de poliisocianatos (ciclo)alifáticos menor del 0,5 % en peso y como agentes expansivos D) se usan agentes expansivos físicos del grupo constituido por hidrocarburos (ciclo)alifáticos con hasta 5 átomos de carbono, hidrocarburos parcialmente halogenados con hasta 5 átomos de carbono u olefinas parcialmente halogenadas con hasta 5 átomos de carbono, que se usan en una cantidad tal que se produce una espuma libre con una densidad de espuma libre como máximo de 450 kg/m3 y de modo que se ajusta una diferencia de densidad entre la piel exterior y el núcleo de la pieza de moldeo de al menos 90 kg/m3.
