Abstract

Esta invención consiste en un aparato para el análisis automatizado de la calidad microbiológica de aguas que utiliza la técnica de análisis por colorimetría. El aparato descrito realiza de forma autónoma la toma de muestra, preparación de ésta, cultivo, lectura de resultados y envío de los datos de forma remota. Para ello se basa en técnicas de colorimetría para el recuento de coliformes en muestras de agua mediante el método del número más probable. El aparato se compone de una parte mecánica, encargada de la gestión y manipulación de todos los elementos, cultivo de la muestra y toma de imágenes; una parte hidráulica, encargada de gestionar los líquidos implicados en el proceso, y un dispositivo de envío de datos.This invention consists of an apparatus for the automated analysis of microbiological water quality using the colorimetry analysis technique. The described apparatus autonomously performs the sampling, preparation of the sample, culture, reading of results and sending the data remotely. This is based on colorimetry techniques for the counting of coliforms in water samples using the most probable number method. The apparatus is composed of a mechanical part, in charge of the management and manipulation of all the elements, culture of the sample and taking of images; a hydraulic part, responsible for managing the liquids involved in the process, and a data sending device.
