Abstract
La utilización de fructosil peptidil oxidasa que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos con al menos un 90% de identidad con la secuencia de aminoácidos que se indica en el Id. de Sec. Nº:1 y que posee un valor de Km frente a la fructosil valil histidina de 1 mM o inferior para determinar una proteína glucosilada en una muestra en presencia de un mediador de electrones, y dicho mediador de electrones es mPMS/DCIP (metilsulfato de 1-metoxi-5- metilfenazinio/ 2,6-dicloroindofenol), cPES (trifluoroacetato-1-(3-carboxi-propoxi)-5-etil-fenanzinio, NA BM31 1144 (clorhidrato de N,N-bis-(hidroxietil)-3-metoxi-nitrosoanilina, NA BM31 1008 (N,N-bis-hidroxi-etil-4-nitrosoanilina) o NN- 4-dimetil-nitrosoanilina.
