Abstract
Un método para elaborar una matriz de fibra, el método comprende a) suministrar un material de partida que comprende portador líquido, fibras y ligador, en donde las fibras comprenden fibras de carbono; b) pasar el material de partida sobre el sustrato con el fin de depositar las fibras sobre el sustrato; c) formar una matriz de fibra tridimensional estocástica, en donde la matriz tiene fibras dispuestas en las direcciones x, y y z, y estas fibras se orientan de manera aleatoria; y d) curar el ligador; en donde el método comprende curar el ligador al aplicar calor mientras se aplica una presión de desde 100 kPa a 50000 kPa, y en donde la presión se aplica a la matriz fibrosa mientras que la matriz contiene humedad con una proporción de fibra de líquido de desde 1: 2 a 1: 14.
