Abstract
Cuerpo prensado para la extrusión de objetos, especialmente de tubos, barras u objetos metálicos análogamente perfilados, estirados longitudinalmente, densos, especialmente de acero inoxidable o aceros al niquel de alta aleación, especialmente aceros termo-resistentes para cambiadores térmicos, por ejemplo, aceros al niquel de alta aleación con 80 por ciento de niquel y 20 por ciento de cromo un cápsula que se compone de una chapa delgada que presenta preferentemente un grosor de 1 a 2 mm y ventajosamente es pobre en carbono, teniendo un contenido de carbono menos de 0, 015 por ciento, preferentemente menor de 0, 004 por ciento, llenándose en la cápsula, polvo de metal o de aleaciones de metal o de sus mezclas o mezclas de polvo de metales o aleaciones de metal con polvos cerámicos que consiste preferentemente en granos esféricos o en su parte predominante de granos esféricos que se prepara en una atmósfera de gas protector, preferentemente de una atmósfera de argón a partir del material departida deseado por atomización y aumentándose la densidad del polvo rellenado en la cápsula por vibración preferentemente con 80 a 100 Hz aproximadamente a 60 hasta 71 por ciento de la densidad teórica y despues del cierre de la cápsula se aumenta la densidad del polvo por prensado en frío isoestático con una presión de por lo menos 4000 Bar, preferentemente de 4200 a 6000 Bar, especial de 4500 a 5000 Bar, ulteriormente o por lo menos 80 hasta 93 por ciento de la densidad teórica, caracterizado porque en la cara frontal, delantera y/o del cuerpo prensado está previsto un suplemento en forma de placa, cono, hemisferio o embudo en una o varias partes de materia macizo y/o prensado de polvo.
