Abstract
Método para preparar un sustrato con una capa de polímero termosensible de afinidad por el agua que puede cambiar (LCST) dentro de 0-80ºC, en el que: i. se limpia un sustrato de base de silicio o vidrio no orgánico y se modifica con grupos funcionales reactivos y entonces ii. se inmoviliza un polímero termosensible mediante injerto de cadenas y formación de enlaces covalentes en una atmósfera protectora de argón y en una disolución, caracterizado porque la inmovilización del polímero termosensible se realiza a partir de una disolución de homo y copolímeros vivos de 2-oxazolina 2-sustituida, donde se crean enlaces covalentes en la reacción entre: los grupos de terminación nucleófilos del sustrato de base obtenidos como resultado de la modificación del sustrato y el centro de propagación catiónico en el extremo de la cadena de los polímeros a partir de un grupo de 2-oxazolina 2-sustituida.
