Abstract

1.Conjunto de tapa para un recipiente, que comprende un elemento de tapa que incluye un cuerpo de una pieza, cuyo cuerpo tiene una cara extrema completa generalmente plana y una faldilla colgante, y un anillo de estanqueidad dentro del cuerpo para adaptarse a una superficie de estanqueidad del recipiente, caracterizado porque comprende un anillo indicador de manipulación llevado por la faldilla de la tapa y que tiene una parte situada radialmente hacia el interior de la faldilla para evitar normalmente la deflexión radial hacia el interior de la faldilla en magnitud suficiente para efectuar la deformación del anillo de estanqueidad a una configuración sin estanqueidad. 2.Conjunto de tapa, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el anillo indicador de manipulación comprende una banda continua que tiene por lo menos una línea de debilitamiento para efectuar la ruptura de la banda con el fin de liberar todo el anillo indicador de manipulación para quitarlo. 3.Conjunto de tapa, según lareivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la faldilla termina en un reborde y el anillo indicador de manipulación tiene un casquillo abierto axialmente que recibe el reborde para mantener el conjunto de tapa como unidad para su aplicación. 4.Conjunto de tapa, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la citada pare del anillo tiene la forma de una pluralidad de orejetas separadas circunferencialmente. 5.Conjunto de tapa, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el cuerpo se forma de un material flexible resiliente y se configura para abombarse hacia arriba cuando se comprime diametralmente a lo largo de una línea generalmente perpendicular a la línea de compresión diametral. 6.Conjunto de tapa, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el anillo de estanqueidad tiene una parte colgante adyacente a la faldilla, y la pare colgante tiene nervaduras para fijarse con el acabado externo de un recipiente, para que se pueda utilizar el elemento de tapa como elemento para volver a cerrar el recipiente. 7.Conjunto de tapa, según , la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el conjunto de tapa se coloca en un recipiente que tiene un acabado de estanqueidad con el que se acopla el anillo de estanqueidad, y porque se practica el vacío dentro del recipiente, cuyo vacío actúa sobre el elemento de tapa como único medio para mantener el anillo de estanqueidad en acoplamientos hermético con el acabado de estanqueidad. 8.Conjunto de tapa, según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado porque el cuerpo se forma de un material flexible resiliente y se configura para que se abombe hacia arriba cuando se ejerce en el mismo una presión diametral a lo largo de una línea generalmente perpendicular a la línea de presión diametral, siendo el abombamiento hacia arriba de tal naturaleza que se interrumpe la estanqueidad entre el anillo de estanqueidad y la superficie de estanqueidad . 9.Conjunto de tapa, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el anillo de estanqueidad tiene una parte colgante adyacente a la faldilla y dicha parte colgante del anillo de estanqueidad tiene medios de nervadura para fijarse con el acabado externo del recipiente, con el fin de poder utilizar el elemento de tapa como elemento para volver a tapar el recipiente. 10.Conjunto de tapa, según las reivindicaciones 3 ó 7, caracterizado porque el recipiente tiene una nervadura proyectada radialmente y el anillo indicador de manipulación se fija por debajo de la nervadura del recipiente para retener el elemento de tapa sobre el recipiente. 11.Conjunto de tapa, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque cuando el anillo indicador de manipulación tiene una faldilla colgante destinada a quedar separada de la pared adyacente de un recipiente, el anillo indicador de manipulación comprende una banda continua que tiene por lo menos una línea de debilitamiento para efectuar la rotura de la banda, cuya banda tiene orejetas proyectadas radialmente hacia el interior para situarse entre un recipiente y una faldilla de la tapa, y medios para fijar las orejetas a la faldilla de la tapa. 12.Conjunto de tapa, según reivindicación 11, caracterizado porque las orejetas tienen la forma de una pluralidad de orejetas radiales situadas separadas circunferencialmente. 13.Conjunto de tapa, según reivindicación 12, caracterizado porque las muescas están formadas en las intersecciones adyacentes a la orejetas, entre las orejetas y el anillo, para recibir en forma interconectada el canto libre de una faldilla de la tapa. 14.Conjunto de tapa para un recipiente.
