Abstract

Una maquina de ejercicios de ghlteos, que comprende: una estructura principal (12) estacionaria que tiene un extremo delantero y un extremo trasero; un conjunto de soporte de usuario en la estructura principal configurado para soportar un usuario en una posici6n de ejercicio de gluteos, en que el conjunto de soporte de usuario comprende un soporte de la parte superior del torso (14) y un soporte de la rodilla (15); el soporte de la parte superior del torso (14) montado de manera movil con respecto a la estructura principal (12) y configurado para soportar la parte superior del torso de un usuario en una posicion de ejercicio de ghlteos; el soporte de la rodilla (15) configurado para soportar la rodilla derecha o izquierda de un usuario cuando la parte superior del torso se soporta en el soporte de la parte superior del torso (14); un montaje de brazo de ejercicio (16) montado de manera movil con respecto a la estructura principal y que tiene una parte de acoplamiento del pie (90) que esta adaptada para el acoplamiento por parte de un pie de una pierna de un usuario durante un ejercicio de ghlteos mientras que la otra pierna se apoya en el soporte de la rodilla (15) y el usuario se apoya en una posici6n de ejercicio de ghlteos en el montaje de soporte del usuario.
