Abstract
Procedimiento de revestimiento metálico de un producto largo de acero, en particular en movimiento, en el que, después de haberlo sometido a una limpieza de su superficie, se templa el producto a revestir por lo menos en un baño de aleación de zinc y se enfría dicho producto revestido a su salida del baño, caracterizado por que dicho baño de aleación de zinc comprende, en porcentajes ponderales, del 4 al 8% de aluminio y del 0,2 al 0,7% de magnesio, siendo el resto el zinc y las impurezas residuales y/o inevitables; y por que dicho enfriamiento está controlado para dar a dicho revestimiento metálico una microestructura homogénea dotada de una porción de fase ß superior al 25% en volumen.Metallic coating process of a long steel product, in particular in motion, in which, after having been subjected to a surface cleaning, the product to be coated is tempered at least in a zinc alloy bath and cooled said coated product at its exit from the bath, characterized in that said zinc alloy bath comprises, in weight percentages, from 4 to 8% aluminum and 0.2 to 0.7% magnesium, the remainder being zinc and residual and / or unavoidable impurities; and because said cooling is controlled to give said metal coating a homogeneous microstructure provided with a portion of phase ß greater than 25% by volume.
