Abstract

Dispositivo de función irrellenable para el cierre de contenedores que se incorpora a la base de una pieza en forma de vaso (10) fabricada en material termoplástico, que se determina por una tapa (13/14) que puede bascular sobre un orificio de similares dimensiones (15) con escalón de retención (17), desde una posición habitual de reposo o cierre (14) hasta una posición abierta (13) cuando se produce el vertido del contenido de una botella u otro tipo de contenedor (16), volviendo a la posición de cierre (14) cuando se deja de verter, posición (14) que recupera obligada por la memoria del plástico del vaso durante su proceso de fabricación, lo que impedirá cualquier intento de rellenar el contenedor (16) desde el exterior.
