Abstract
Sistema de tratamiento de grasas, de las portables preferentemente en humos o sus productos resultantes, en una cocina o instalación de industria alimentaria, y que puede vincularse a la instalación de extracción y/o conducción de dichos humos, que comprende al menos una fuente (4) de radiación UV, que puede ser UVA y preferiblemente de longitud de onda entre 315 y 380 nm, preferentemente de tipo láser, luz pulsada o LED (por ejemplo de nitruro de galio). Las fuentes se disponen preferiblemente en la pared o techo de la canalización, de forma que sean accesibles desde el exterior.
