The present invention relates to a closure system for removable parts of furniture according to the preamble of claim 1 as well as to a piece of furniture.

Depending on the gender, closing systems for removable parts of furniture are known from the state of the art. Thus, EP1 183963a1 describes an adapter for furniture that has drawers and / or doors, which is equipped with several functional elements through which the process of opening and / or closing the drawer or door can be influenced . As a functional element, here is mentioned, for example, a hardware that causes the drawer, when touched, to open at least slightly to make possible a grip on the slit that is then available between the front of the drawer or the door and the body of the furniture, where the actuation of a hardware thus is based on the fact that first the drawer is pushed slightly in the closing direction and then by means of a striking mechanism it is free and opened. Otherwise, an interlocking device is described which causes that only one drawer can be opened in a piece of furniture with several drawers arranged one on top of the other.

Disadvantage of the usual systems is that with the combination of the interlocking system and the ejection device, unwanted locks or latches of the interlocking mechanism can be reached when the ejection device is initiated for one or more drawers in the interlocking state of the interlocking system A subsequent opening of the drawer due to the unlocking of the central interlocking is not possible in this case because, due to the fact that the ejecting device has been fired one or more of the pins that are in working union with the interlocking strip are held in the bar of interlocking with one or more of the draggers of the closing system.

It is the mission of the present invention, therefore, to create a closure system with which the aforementioned disadvantage can be eliminated and especially a reliable joint action of the different functional elements is guaranteed.

This mission will be solved by means of a closing system for removable parts of furniture with the characteristics of claim 1, as well as by means of a furniture with the characteristics of claim 15.

The system according to the invention has an interlocking strip for interlocking several removable parts of furniture located one above the other, an ejection device is placed which has a first drag movable, which can be coupled with a first activator located in the furniture part. The ejection device may be constructed such that an activation of an ejection process occurs by moving the first drag against the direction of ejection. In a housing, in which the first drag is located in a movable way, a second drag is placed that rests in the casing in a movable way which can be coupled with a second activator located in the furniture part and which is in union Activate with the interlocking strip with a python protruding from the face of the sweeper facing the interlocking strip. In accordance with the invention, at least one locking unit is placed in the interlocking strip which, with the interlocking strip moved to an interlocking position, blocks a movement of the furniture part against the direction of ejection of the part of furniture and with it a start of the expulsion process by means of the expulsion device.

With a closure system designed in this way, movement of the furniture parts against the direction of expulsion is actively prevented when the locking bar is displaced in the locking position.

According to a special constructive variant of the invention, the blocking unit has a blocking element for each of the removable furniture parts. This constructive variant can be manufactured in a simple and economical way and can be easily integrated into existing closure systems.

According to another construction variant, the blocking unit has a coupling bar and a coupling element that joins the coupling bar and the interlocking bar where the blocking elements are attached to the coupling bar. In a closure system designed in this way, synchronization of the removable furniture parts is also made possible so that when the interlocking bar is not closed after the expulsion or removal of a removable furniture part, it cannot be activated. expulsion device of the remaining removable furniture parts.

The blocking elements are preferably positioned so that in the interlocking position of the interlocking strip they block a movement of the second conveyor against the direction of ejection of the furniture part. By blocking this second drag, at the same time a blockage of a movement of the removable piece of furniture against the direction of ejection originates since the second activator attached to the removable part of furniture rests on the second drag.

Preferably, the locking element, in free state, is held in a spring by means of a position in which the second drag can move in the housing in the direction opposite to the direction of ejection. This ensures that in the unlocked state of the furniture or interlocking strip, the ejection device is not blocked by the blocking element.

In the description of the figures that follow the concepts as above, below, left, right, front, back, etc., they refer exclusively to the representation and position of the closure system and other parts selected by way of example in the corresponding figures . It must be understood that these concepts are not limiting, that is, by different work positions or a specularly symmetrical design of them, these concepts may change.

In Figures 1 to 6 a first constructive variant of a closure system is shown the joint for removable parts of furniture. They identify with the identification symbol 1 together a piece of furniture, especially constructed as a drawer, removably attached by means of an adapter 12, 13 to a furniture body (not shown) of a piece of furniture. The interlocking strip 5 is attached to the furniture body and can move perpendicularly to the direction of extraction x and is preferably composed of a strip 51 that is arched by the edges so that inside the arched edges of the strip 51 fit several sliding parts 52 movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the strip 51. On the upper end of the strip 51 there is placed a head piece 53 seated perpendicularly to the strip 51 on whose end opposite to the strip 51 there is a bolt 54 with which the furniture can be closed , where the bar 51 is raised upwards and is fixed in that position.

As can be seen in Figure 2, in the adapter 13 there is a functional unit 2 attached to the housing 23. The functional unit 2 has an ejection device 21 that is connected with a drag 22 which can be moved on a movement track 24 in the housing 23 in the direction of ejection x of the drawer 1. In addition, on the housing 23 a second carrier 25 is supported which can be moved and can be rotated by a guide track 71 of the housing 23. The guide track 71 it then runs parallel to the direction of movement of the furniture part 1 and is bent over a leading end downward in the direction of ejection x. This leading end of the guide track 71 then serves as a self-fixing position of the drag 25 on which it rotates and the drag 25 remains when the furniture part 1 is removed. Optionally, an extension spring (here not shown) is attached on the carrier 25 which at its other end is attached to a support in the housing 23 such that the extension spring always pulls the second carrier 25 in the direction of a position in which the drag 25 is located, when the furniture part 1 is in its closing position of the furniture. On the face of the razor 25 opposite the furniture part 1, a pivot 29 protrudes which is in working union with the latch 5.

In the closed position of the furniture part 1, as shown in Figure 1, both the first drag 22 and the second drag 25 are in a position in the housing 23 in which to activate an ejection process they can be moved a piece further against the direction of expulsion x so that it is then removed from the furniture by means of the ejection device 21.

To activate an expulsion process like this in the removable furniture part 1 there are two activators 7, 8 that can be coupled with the first drag 22 and the second drag 25.

Since, in order to activate the ejection process described above, the furniture part 1 must first be moved in a few millimeters, the union between the second drive 25 and the latch 5 is designed in such a way that the furniture stop 1 can protrude few millimeters of the furniture body of the furniture without moving the locking bar 5 which is in a position that interlocks the remaining furniture parts. If, for furniture interlocking, the interlocking strip 5 is moved to its interlocking position, as shown in Figure 4, the removable furniture parts 1 can no longer be ejected or removed from the furniture. A start of one or more ejection devices 21 by the introduction of one or more pieces of furniture 1 a few millimeters inside the furniture is then in this possible state and with the subsequent unlocking of the furniture part 1 by displacement of the slat from interlocking 5 to the unlocked position can lead to an interlock of the pivot 29 in the interlocking strip 5.

To avoid this, a locking unit 4 is positioned at a minimum in the interlocking strip 5 which, with the interlocking strip 5 displaced in an interlocking position, blocks a movement of the furniture part 1 against the direction of ejection x of the furniture part 1 and with it an activation process by means of the ejection device 21.

In the constructive variant shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, that blocking unit 4 is composed of a blocking element 41 which is L-shaped and meshes with an upper end 46 in an intermediate space between two neighboring sliding parts 52 of the slat interlocking 5 and at the other end has an overhang 42 in the direction of the second drag 25. The locking element 41 can move in the housing 23 parallel to the longitudinal axis of the interlocking strip 5 and in a preferred constructive variant is subject by a spring element 45 preferably constructed as a compression spring, in the relaxed state of the spring it is held in a position in which the carrier 25 can move in the housing 23 against the direction of ejection x of the furniture part 1 .

If the latch 5 is raised upwards in a closing direction z from the opening position to its closing position, as shown in Figure 4, the locking element 41 is also moved upwards in the housing 23 by means of the end 46 of the locking element 41 that fits in the intermediate space between the movable parts 52 of the locking bar 5 and in the final position thus reached touches the nose 42 of an edge 27 of the second drag 25 so that the second drag 25 is prevented from making a movement against the direction of expulsion x. Since the activators 7 and 8 that control the draggers 22 and 25 are firmly secured in the side molding 11 of the removable furniture part 1 and the separation between both activators 7 and 8 corresponds to the separation of the drag 22 with the drag 25, the blocking of the second activator 25 against the direction of expulsion x of the furniture part 1 leads to a total blockage of the furniture part 1 in said direction.

The spring element 45 constructed as a compression spring sits on the blocking element 41 on a shoulder 44 aligned parallel to the direction of travel of the blocking part 41 with its upper end being housed in a cage 31 of the housing 23 closed up.

Figures 7 to 14 show a second constructive variant of a closure system according to the invention. With this variant it is possible, together with the blocking of the total system by displacement of the interlocking strip 5 in the interlocking position, also a blocking of the furniture part 1 with the interlocking lath 5 in the open position, when one of the furniture parts 1 is in the position removed from the furniture or ejected outwards.

For this, the blocking unit 6 has a blocking element 42 for each of the removable furniture parts 1 as well as a coupling strip 69, on which locking elements 62 and an element are attached

of locking 61 which links the coupling strip 69 and the locking strip 5. As can be seen especially well in the exploded view of FIG. 14, each blocking element 62 has a locking head 63 which in the active position its leading edge 64 makes contact with the second drive 25 and on which side oriented towards the coupling strip 69 two pivots 65 protrude on which the locking element 62 can be mounted in the fixing holes 68 of the coupling strip 69.
