A shoe system of this type is known from US-A-4 835 884.

The invention further relates to a shoe manufactured by a shoe system of this type, in particular a shoe for women with a heel that ends in a heel cap.

Common shoes are known with a heel, which ends in a small heel cap and in this sense at least in the lower heel part has a cross-sectional area about the size of a penny and is called a stiletto heel. These shoes are manufactured in most cases (although not necessarily) in the form of shoes for women and can have heels of different heights. All shoes of this type are characterized in most cases by a comparatively filigree heel and a thin insole and sole, providing only a flat support surface to the foot. In this way the lower face of the foot touches the insole and its inner sole only in some points (finger, big toe, heel).

The main load occurs on the big toe in the metatarsal, because the foot slides down by gravity on the more or less inclined plane of the inner sole of the shoe. However, having a thin template, these models are very elegant. The construction is nevertheless so thin, that these models are still very elegant. Heel fixation occurs by additional screwing of the heel to the insole. This type of fashion shoes are produced in large factories in a large number of pieces to be manufactured at an economical price. There are also very expensive factories with very small part numbers.

In order to be able to also manufacture this type of fashion shoes in small factories or with a small group of employees in an economical way, according to DE 32 23 853 A1, a shoe system is provided for the manufacture of a fashion shoe, which is composed by several main components and in this respect it presents an inner sole unit-heel support configured from the anatomical point of view corresponding to the foot, a removable heel with a fixing device, a top part of the shoe and an outer sole.

The inner sole unit-heel support is formed by a main part of plastic material, which is included between an upper and a lower layer of sheet-shaped material.

To mount the shoe, the inner sole unit-heel support is inserted into the upper part of the shoe and secured by a heel support part, after which the outer sole is applied on the lower side of the anterior area of the the upper part and a heel of a height and configuration selected in a removable way is mounted.

To do this, the heel clamping inner sole unit is provided with a heel clamping part, which is made up of a single piece with the same and that from the same protrudes downward centrally with respect to the heel, presenting the heel fastening part a heel mounting aid. The main part of the heel support is manufactured in an injection molding process of nylon or other plastic material, which is usually used in the manufacture of shoe heels.

For the manufacture of the inner sole unit-heel support two layers in the form of precision cut foil are introduced into an injection molding mold. The upper and lower surfaces of the sheet-shaped layers are configured in each case convex or concave. While the two sheet-shaped layers are held in the injection molding mold, a certain amount of plasticized synthetic resin is injected into the injection molding mold, so that a thin layer similar to a lens is formed between the two layers in sheet form.

This plastic material of the lens-like layer hardens during cooling and solidifies, so that the two sheet-shaped layers are joined together to give a plastic body and can be removed as an inner sole unit. The manufacture of a shoe with a high heel from the components of a shoe system according to DE 32 23 853 A1, however, has numerous disadvantages:

Firstly, the manufacture of a shoe according to DE 32 23 853 A1 is complex and expensive in that a heel-clamped inner sole unit in the form of a multilayer plastic body has to be manufactured from sheet-shaped layers located remotely in an injection molding mold, the plastic body being formed by a nylon material, rigid ABS or resistant polyurethane. In this sense, it represents a rigid, essentially non-deformable template, which is also disadvantageous. In addition, despite the concave or convex configuration of the upper and lower sheet-shaped layer, the configuration of an anatomical foot support is only insufficiently possible.

For fixing the heel, a heel fastening part is necessary, which must already be placed therein in the injection molding mold, and special mounting aids must be provided in this and in the heel, in particular a screwed heel. These mounting aids must be arranged in the sense that the heel, corresponding to a height and configuration to be selected, must be mounted so that it can be separated again. In particular, in the case of heels with narrow heel caps, absolute firm support of the heel to the arrangement of the inner sole to be used cannot be achieved in this regard. In addition, by screwing, also in the case of document DE 32 23 853 A1 the template in the heel area has to be subsequently covered with leather or similar, because if the screw would not be seen and noticed.

According to DE 10111 229 C1, it is known to manufacture an inner sole from two sole components arranged one above the other, namely an intermediate sole and a plastic support element and high mechanical stability compared to the properties of the sole. intermediate used, forming the support element of a modification of nylon or a thermoplastic elastomer based on polyurethane.

The support element and the intermediate sole have a material based on the same polymer, the latter having in each case despite different mechanical properties. The joining of the intermediate sole and the support element is produced in a vulcanizing mold without binding agent only with application of heat and pressure.

The manufacture of a shoe according to the teaching of DE 10111 229 C1 conditions the following disadvantages: no anatomical configuration is provided for a foot support. The material selection is limited, because vulcanization is only possible without bonding agent when the intermediate sole and the support element has the same polymer base. On the contrary, the most elegant materials have no application. In addition, the minimum thickness that can be achieved from the inner sole thus formed is comparatively high. The sole elements of this type with support element are therefore used mainly for sneakers and in this sense, in particular, they are not suitable for the manufacture of elegant shoes with heels.

According to US-A-835 884, a shoe system is known consisting of an inner sole arrangement, a stabilization element being formed from an injected sole upper part as well as a insole. The upper part of the sole has a section that is supported in the central foot area and a section that follows to the heel area that is supported with a shaped heel part. Based on the state of the art indicated, according to DE 32 23 853 A1 and US-A-4 835 884, the invention is based on the objective of creating an improved shoe system for a shoe with a high heel, in particular with a heel that ends in a heel cap, or an improved shoe formed from it.

With regard to the shoe system according to DE 32 23 853 A1, there is also the special objective of creating a shoe with a heel, in particular a shoe for women with a heel that ends in a heel cap, and the construction of the shoe can occur and fixing the heel through an inner sole arrangement with an outer sole without the use of a template and a steel spring to be arranged therein. On the upper side of the inner sole arrangement the upper part of the shoe should be able to be fixed directly, and it should be possible on the lower side of the inner sole arrangement directly to also fix a heel that ends in a simple heel cap, and thus providing a highly resistant joint between inner sole arrangement and heel.

The total thickness of the construction of the arrangement of inner sole with outer sole will be as thin and elegant as possible in the case of the usual shoes with heels, which have a thin insole with bolted heel and steel springs, which in case of load prevents the inner sole and the insole from bending.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The invention is based on the idea of providing the foot, while maintaining the elegant appearance of shoes for women with heels of this type, by means of a foot support additionally provided on the upper side of the inner sole arrangement, if possible in large part. for the entire length of the foot an optimal support by means of the contour of the foot support, so that it is achieved, that standing and walking on shoes with heels of itself is as comfortable as possible and that the loads of the body When walking and standing, be as small as possible. The arrangement of the inner sole will be composed in this respect of a plastic with stability in shape with a flexible foamed outer zone with a good resilience, being able to print directly on the upper side the contour of the footrest.

Starting from a shoe system of the type mentioned at the beginning according to US-A 4 835 884 to solve this objective, a shoe system according to claim 1 is provided.

In addition, for the formation of such a shoe, a shoe manufactured from the parts of this shoe system according to claim 16.

The shoe system according to claim 1 is further characterized in this regard because it has a stabilization element, which is made from a material with a stable, hard and at the same time elastic stability. This stabilization element can thus form at the same time the column of a shoe manufactured from the shoe system according to the invention. The stabilization element is surrounded by a flexible, foamed layer. In this way the possibility of dispensing with a template is created, because the flexible layer is also provided on the upper side, that is, the side directed to the foot, of the stabilization element and in this sense can form a pleasant surface for the foot . Therefore, the template can either be completely removed or only provided in a simpler embodiment. Manufacturing can be further simplified because the layer is injected in a simple procedure on the stabilization element. The stabilization element also has an extension formed on the lower side in the heel area, which acts as a heel support and protrudes downwards. The heel can be fixed with this heel fastening part of the stabilizing element of the inner sole arrangement. This is achieved because the heel has a corresponding negative recess, in which the protruding extension of the heel fastening part is engaged. The protruding extension of the heel fastening part and the corresponding negative recess of the heel are dimensioned in this case respectively in such a way that they adapt to each other with drag of shape and or force. In general, an economical and firm assembly of a heel is provided by this arrangement from heel and heel support. In particular, it is possible to do without screwing the heel, which regularly requires additionally covering the head of the screw, without affecting the secure attachment of the heel and the rest of the shoe. The manufacture of the shoe is further simplified because the stabilization element not only makes the insole unnecessary, but also simultaneously presents the one-piece shaped heel support unit.

The necessary number of components for the manufacture of the shoe is thus reduced further and the manufacturing process is further simplified and cheaper. Furthermore, on the stabilization element, which in this sense represents the main component of the shoe, upper shoe parts of different design can be arranged in a simple manner, which increases the flexibility in and for the production of different shoe models.

By preferred embodiments, as described in claims 2 to 15, additional advantages can be obtained:

by means of the new construction of the shoe system according to claim 3, according to which, the foam wrap on the upper side of the stabilizing element forms a support for the foot, the lower face of the foot touches the entire plastic material surface Foam-wrapped, flexible outer layer stabilization element. According to an advantageous configuration and in particular for a comfortable padded support of the foot in the area of the padding and the heel in the anatomically formed foot support, further recesses are provided to introduce a heel pad and a padding for the transverse arch , which are more flexible than the foamed layer of the stabilization element (dependent claim 4).
