Description

Fixture for separating partitions in cable trays for electrical pipes. Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention corresponds to the technical field of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of elements and accessories applicable in electrical installations.

Within these elements are the cable trays, in which it is sometimes convenient to divide the cable accommodation space into two or more parts. This division is realized by means of longitudinal partitions whose fixture to the grid tray will be in charge of the accessory presented here. Background of the invention

The invention defined here consists of an accessory for fixing partitions in cable trays of those intended for the support of electrical conduits, more specifically to the grid trays, composed of longitudinal or chain rods and other U-rods, arranged transverse Mind the previous and so-called plot.

By means of these rods, a space or support channel for the cables of an installation is formed, the separation of such space into two or more parts being often necessary, in order to differentiate and group the different groups of cables into zones.

This division of the tray is achieved by longitudinally placing partition walls.

For the fixation of these partitions, there are several forms and accessories that have been used to this day, being able to group them into two groups, those that use a partition that includes the means of fixation in their own constitution and those that resort to accessories of independent fixation.

As an example of the first group, those that use partitions with the fixing systems as part of them, we can mention MU 1052946, MU 1067633, MU 1070653 or ES 2334073, among others.

In all the examples mentioned above, a common characteristic is fulfilled which is the fact that the partition, whose constitution includes the fixing means to the tray, only locks in one direction, which is usually the longitudinal one, while transversely there is no subject and can move freely.

All these cases present a common inconvenience that derives from the fact that the means for fixing the partition to the grid tray form part of the partition itself, as this will imply a necessary specific die cutting of the partition in each case to form the tabs or element that serves for the fixation, which will imply a dilation of the productive process with the consequent increase of the same.

On the other hand there is the group in which independent fixture accessories are used, where we have as an example MU 1021363 or FR 2750754. In these cases, as in the invention presented here, an external element is used to carry out the fixation of the partition to the grid tray.

However, there is a notable difference between the existing models and the one presented here, since as in almost all cases of the first group analyzed, it happens here again that the accessory used blocks the movement of the partition only in one of the directions, the longitudinal one, but not in the transversal one.

Description of the invention

The fixture proposed here belongs to the group of those used for the fixing of separating partitions in cable trays of electrical pipes, more specifically in grid type trays, formed by a network of longitudinal and transverse rods.

It has an easy-to-handle size and one comprises a body provided with a first section with at least one hole intended to cooperate with at least one fixing means, through at least one hole in the base of the partition wall.

The body of the accessory comprises at the opposite end to that of said first section, a second section, of curved configuration, hereinafter curved section, which is adapted to fit at least one longitudinal rod, of the base of at least one cable tray , so that the accessory is locked in the transverse direction.

The body of the accessory in turn comprises an intermediate section between the first section and the curved section, where at least one of the lateral edges of at least one of said sections are configured to block the accessory in one of the directions of the longitudinal direction when opposing the movement with respect to at least one transverse rod of the base of at least one cable tray, these being at least one lateral edge of the intermediate section alone or in combination with at least one lateral edge of the curved section or even at at least one side edge of said curved section in combination with the respective at least one side edge of the first section, contemplating the possibility of being the two side edges of at least one of said sections, either alone or in combination with the edges sides of any of the other sections, those that are able to retain the accessory, blocking it in the longitudinal direction, in this case both ways, to the oppose the movement of two nearby transverse rods.

The accessory must be placed at least partially below the base of the partition wall, to which it will be fixed by means of at least one fixing means, screw type, rivet or the like by at least one hole in the base of the partition wall and at the less an existing hole at the opposite end of the curved section of the body of the accessory.

On the other hand, the preferable placement of the accessory with respect to the rods that form the tray, will be carried out so that the curved section will be adjusted by the top of at least one longitudinal rod, thus establishing the transverse block, however the possibility of an adjustment by means of an inverse arrangement, that is, by the lower part of the longitudinal rod, only by inverting the curvature of the curved section.

Starting from the aforementioned characteristics, related to the blocking of the accessory both in longitudinal and transverse directions, the body of the accessory additionally incorporates blocking means in at least one direction of the vertical direction with respect to at least one transverse rod arranged in the base of At least one cable tray.

Several possibilities are contemplated for the arrangement of said vertical blocking means:

A first possibility that the body of the accessory is in the form of a plate and that in the first section, that is, at the opposite end of the curved section, incorporates the locking means in a vertical direction comprising at least one protruding lateral extension with respect to the edges of the intermediate section, adapted to be located below at least one transverse rod, preventing its extraction and enabling the support of said at least one transverse rod of the base of at least one cable tray.

It could be the case that the accessory was of the type in which said first section has two lateral extensions adapted for the support of two nearby transverse rods, blocking the accessory to a greater extent with respect to a vertical direction.

These lateral extensions, either one or two that the accessory presents, can take different forms, such as containing a curved shape, but in any case of dimensions such that they protrude from the edges of the intermediate section of the accessory.

When there are two existing extensions in the accessory and they rest on two nearby transverse rods, they can be part of the same tray, in the case of double transverse rod trays or each of them belong to two different trays, adjacent to each other .

On the other hand, in the case where the accessory has a single lateral extension, the fixation will be carried out with respect to a single transverse rod.

The shape of the accessory with a single extension has the advantage of being used together with another accessory equal to the first, placed adjacently, so that both are fixing the partition to the tray transversely with respect to the same longitudinal rod, or different in in the case of two adjacent trays and, in any case, each one will fix it longitudinally with respect to a different transverse rod whether it is the same tray or another adjacent tray.

In any of the aforementioned possibilities in which the lateral extensions are a

or two, are arranged at the opposite end of the curved section, the body of the accessory will be arranged below the base of the partition wall.

It is contemplated as a second possibility that the first section does not comprise said at least one lateral extension and, however, it is at least one of those of the edges of the intermediate section that presents the locking means in a vertical direction, as it comprises an extension laterally configured to act inferiorly with respect to at least one transverse rod arranged at the base of at least one cable tray, preventing its removal. Also in this case the lateral extension may comprise a curved or straight shape.

With reference to this second possibility, the first section can be extended in the same plane with respect to the intermediate section, which allows the arrangement of said first section and therefore of the accessory below the base of the partition wall.

In the event that said first section extends in a different plane with respect to the intermediate section, so that it emerges upwardly therefrom, it contemplates the possibility of arranging said first section, both below and partially above the base of the separating partition. .

With the fixture presented here, several aspects of the systems used to date are improved.

Thus, in relation to the group of fixing systems in which separating partitions are used that have the tray fixing system integrated, they are systems that require a specific die-cutting of the partitions, to shape the elements of fixation that carry contents, which generates a slow and expensive production process.

Contrary to what happens in this type of fixing systems, with the accessory presented here, a fast and efficient production system is obtained by the simplicity of the accessory itself, as well as by its independence from the rest of the elements, such as the tray or the partition wall, which allows a much faster and simpler production, impacting both the production costs and the assembly itself.

In the state of the art, it has been detailed, in turn, that practically all the systems existing so far, made a fixation of the partition to the tray in a single direction, which would normally be the longitudinal one, being necessary to substantially modify the structure itself partition wall.

Thus, with the fixing fixture presented here, an improvement is achieved by assuming a fastening of the fixture and as a consequence, of the partition to which it is attached, in two directions, both transversely and longitudinally, in the latter case with the option of achieving a block in both directions of the same, or in one only depending on whether it is blocked with respect to two lateral rods or only one. Additionally, the proposed accessory contemplates blocking means in at least one vertical direction, which prevents its removal in said direction, keeping it securely held in the tray.

Therefore, the proposed accessory allows its adaptability to both partitions of reduced dimensions and more considerable lengths, according to the needs of the installation. Brief description of the drawings

In order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical implementation thereof, an integral part of said description is provided, a series of drawings where, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, represented the following:

In view of the figures provided, it can be seen how, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixture carries out the fixing of a separating partition in a grid cable tray, formed by longitudinal rods and double transverse rod.

Looking at Figure 1, we find a preferred embodiment of the accessory.

In Figure 2 we find the same embodiment of the accessory shown in Figure 1, basically differentiated by presenting the one shown in Figure 1, locking means according to the vertical direction materialized in two lateral extensions (5) at one end of the accessory, while in Figure 2 the accessory with a single lateral extension (5) is shown. The rest of the constituent parts of the accessory are identical in both cases, so in this preferred example of the invention, we will focus on the first one, represented in Figure 1, with two lateral extensions.

It can be seen in Figure 1, as in Figure 2, although it is not the case at hand, the composition of this fixture, which consists of a body (1) with a first section (12) that presents two holes (10) separated a certain distance from each other and not aligned longitudinally.

As can be seen in Figures 3,4 and 5, through one of these holes (10) in the first section

of the body (1) of the accessory, and of a hole (11) existing in the partition wall, a rivet (9) will be passed with which the attachment of the body (1) of the accessory to the base of the partition ( 2) separator. To save possible deviations from the hole

The base of the partition wall (2) is why the holes (10) existing in the body (1) of the accessory do not have a longitudinal alignment.

At the opposite end to the one containing these holes, that is to say said first section (12), as can be seen in Figure 1, the body of the accessory has a second section (4) hereinafter referred to as a curved section (4) whose The function will be to embrace, as seen in Figures 3,4 and 5, a longitudinal rod (7), from the base of a cable tray (3). In this way the accessory will be immobilized according to the transverse direction.

The body (1) of the accessory has an intermediate section (6) between the curved section (4) and the first section (12), whose dimensions and the position of its lateral edges (6.1, 6.2) in relation to the two transverse rods (8) next arranged in the base of the cable tray (3), enable the attachment of the accessory in both directions of the longitudinal direction.

Similarly, the lateral edges (4.1, 4.2) of the curved section (4) on the transverse rods (8) exert a blocking in both directions of the longitudinal direction.

Again in Figure 1, we observe that in the first section (12) there are two lateral extensions (5), which as already mentioned is the differentiating element between the accessory shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 in which it would exist a single extension (5).

These two extensions (5) whose shape has a curved contour intersected by a straight section in the central part and whose dimension is such that it protrudes from the edges of the intermediate section (6) of the accessory, will serve as seen in Figures 3,4 and 5 , to act on the bottom of two transverse rods (8) near the base of the tray

(3) cable holder, supporting them and blocking the accessory and therefore in partition wall (2) in at least one direction of the vertical direction.

A second embodiment is that shown in Figure 7, in which a fixture is shown whose body (1) exhibits, as in the case of Figure 1, the common features of the invention that despite having some structural differences, these do not modify the essence of the invention.

In general terms, said common characteristics are the first section (12) that has the hole (10) for the fixation of the accessory to the partition (2), the curved section (4) to exert the lock according to the transverse direction, the edges laterals for blocking according to the longitudinal direction and two lateral extensions (5) that enable blocking in the vertical direction, with the structural difference that said lateral extensions (5) have moved to the edges of the intermediate section (6), which the first section

emerges ascending with respect to the intermediate section

with an inverted L shape and that the lateral edges that exert the block according to the longitudinal direction are those relative to the lateral edges (12.1, 12.2) of the first section (12) in correspondence with the respective lateral edges (4.1, 4.2) of the section curved (4), said edges of one section and the other being arranged respectively on the same side of the body (1).

Thus, the fact that the accessory is an independent element to perform the fixation, and not be part of the partition as in some existing fixing systems, improves the fact that the specific modeling of these partitions with the fixing system is avoided. included, which resulted in greater difficulty and cost, while the accessory presented here provides simplicity and efficiency both in its production and in the assembly process. This consequently contributes to a reduction in cost.

In the same way, another aspect of improvement is the securing of the partition, because up to now almost all existing systems have only been fixed in one direction, usually the longitudinal one.

With this accessory, a fixation is achieved both transversely and longitudinally and in both directions of both cases, with the improvement that this entails in the stability of the spaces defined for each group of cables, which will be maintained as we define them, without possibility of alterations by displacement of the partition.

Additionally, the proposed accessory contemplates blocking means in the vertical direction, which prevents its removal in said direction, keeping it securely held in the tray.

Claims (15)

1. Fixing accessory for partitions (2) separators in trays (3) cable ducts of electrical conduits, consisting of transverse (8) and longitudinal rods (7), characterized in that it comprises a body (1) provided with a first section (12) with at least one hole (10) intended to cooperate with at least one fixing means (9) through at least one hole (11) of the base of the partition (2), where this body (1) comprises:

a second section (4) at the opposite end to the first section (12) of the body (1) of the accessory, with a curved shape, configured to fit at least one longitudinal rod (7) of the base of at least one tray (3 ) cable holder, blocking the accessory in a transverse direction,

-

an intermediate section (6) located between the curved section (4) and the first section (12) of the body (1) of the accessory; where at least one of the lateral edges (4.1, 4.2, 6.1, 6.2, 12.1, 12.2) of at least one of said sections (4, 6, 12) enables the locking of the accessory in a direction of the longitudinal direction with respect to the at least one transverse rod (8) arranged at the base of at least one cable tray (3), and

at least one lateral extension (5) of the body (1) configured to act with respect to the bottom of at least one transverse rod (8) arranged at the base of at least one cable tray (3), blocking the accessory in at least A sense of vertical direction.

Fixture for separating partitions according to claim 1, characterized in that the two lateral edges (4.1, 4.2) of the curved section (4) are configured to block the accessory with respect to two transverse rods (8) close to the base of at least a cable tray (3) in both directions of the longitudinal direction.

Fixture for separating partitions according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the curved section (4) is configured to embrace at the top of at least one longitudinal rod (7) of the base of at least one tray (3) cable holder and establish the cross-sectional locking of the accessory.

Fixing accessory for separating partitions, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is configured to be located mainly at a lower level of the base of the separating partition (2).

Fixing accessory for partition walls, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that both lateral edges (6.1, 6.2) of the intermediate section (6) comprise dimensions such that they are able to partially and internally retain the accessory in both directions of the direction longitudinal with respect to two proximal transverse rods (8), of the base of at least one tray

(3) cable holder.

Fixture for separating partitions according to claim 5, characterized in that the body (1) of the accessory is in the form of a plate and the first section (12) comprises the at least one lateral extension (5), which protrudes in relation to its respective lateral edge (6.1, 6.2) of the intermediate section (6), configured to lock the accessory in a vertical direction and allow the support of at least one transverse rod (8) arranged at the base of at least one cable tray (3).

Fixture for separating partitions according to claim 6, characterized in that the at least one lateral extension (5) comprises a curved shape.

Fixing accessory for partition walls, according to any of claims 6-7, characterized in that it comprises in the first section (12) two lateral extensions (5) of support of two proximal transverse rods (8), of the base of at least one cable tray (3).

Fixture for separating partitions according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that at least one of the lateral edges (4.1, 4.2) of the curved section (4), in correspondence with the respective lateral edge (12.1, 12.2) of the first section (12) are configured to jointly lock the accessory with respect to at least one transverse rod (8) of the base of at least one tray

(3) cable ties in at least one direction of the longitudinal direction.

Claim 1 Document D01 is the state of the art document closest to the claimed invention. It describes a fixing accessory for separating partitions in cable trays of electrical pipes, consisting of transverse and longitudinal rods, comprising a body provided with a first section with at least one hole intended to cooperate with at least one fixing means ( column 2, lines 9-13). The body comprises a second section of curved shape (attachment surface 20) suitable to fit a longitudinal rod of the base of the cable tray, blocking the accessory in a transverse direction. Likewise, it has a section (lugs 21 ’, 21’ ’) that enables the locking of the accessory in the longitudinal direction with respect to at least one transverse rod. This same section is suitable for acting on the bottom of at least one transverse rod arranged at the base of at least one cable tray blocking the accessory in a direction of vertical direction. The difference with the claimed invention is that, in the invention of document D01, the section that blocks the accessory in the longitudinal direction is not in an intermediate position between its first and its second section. However, this difference constitutes only a design option and provides the same technical advantages as those provided by the claimed invention. Therefore, document D01 affects the inventive activity of claim 1 (art. 8 LP). Claims 2-5 Claims 2-5 pose mere design options of the invention of claim 1 that provide the same technical advantages as those provided by the first claim.
