Object of the invention

The object of this invention is a muscle stimulator that allows stimulation of the muscles of a user's mouth.

Due to its special con fi guration, the muscle stimulator has a spherical body that allows stimulation on the inside of the mouth.

Likewise, the muscle stimulator allows the user to perform different movements inside the mouth to stimulate different areas. Background of the invention

Muscle stimulators that have a structure made of different types of materials that support a tool arm that moves vertically, horizontally and circularly on its base are known in the state of the art.

Among the above is the Spanish Utility Model with publication number ES1016701U, where the arm stimulates the muscles by microwave or ultrasound.

The application of this arm to the inner part of the mouth could cause reluctance in users regarding the use, due to the way in which the waves that produce the stimulation are generated.

The present invention solves all the above drawbacks by providing a muscle stimulator that does not use any type of wave to perform muscle stimulation, allowing the user to make a safe application. Description of the invention

The present invention relates to a muscle stimulator that allows stimulation of the muscles of a user's mouth.

The muscle stimulator has at least one arm that at one of its ends has a passenger compartment, where inside it is arranged a sphere that at least describes a circular movement inside the passenger compartment that supports, so that the axis of rotation of that movement coincides with an axis that passes through the center of the sphere.

This circular movement can be part of an unrestricted movement of the sphere inside the cabin, so that the sphere would form a spherical pair with the cabin, so that there would be no restriction on the turns of the sphere with respect to it.

The stimulator thus constituted causes the sphere once introduced into the mouth and supported by the inner walls of the mouth, through its movement, stimulates the muscles of the mouth.

The muscle stimulator can apply a pressure directly on the different internal areas of the mouth, or the user can hold his face in an exterior area coinciding with the interior area where the stimulation is being performed to increase the effects.

This fastening of the face, if necessary, can also be carried out by means of auxiliary elements that will be described in the examples of preferred embodiment. Description of the drawings

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

The present invention refers to a muscle stimulator that allows a stimulation of the muscles of the mouth (5) of a user and that is constituted by at least one arm (1) that at one of its ends widens forming a cabin ( 1.1) with a cavity or hole (1.2) inside, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2.

Inside the cabin (1.1) there is a sphere (2) that describes a movement inside it, with which it forms a spherical pair, so that there is no restriction in the rotation of the sphere (2) with respect to the cabin ( 1.1).

The movement of the sphere (2) inside the passenger compartment (1.1), in another embodiment, is restricted to a rotation of the sphere (2) around an axis passing through the center of the sphere (2), for example in a horizontal, vertical plane, etc.

The stimulator has one or more auxiliary support elements for an outer area of the face

The first auxiliary element (3) can be placed in three positions inside the handle (4), a central position collected illustrated in Figure 1, and two extreme positions of use, where in one of these the first auxiliary element (3) is turned and slid towards the muscle stimulator facing the outside of the face (6) to the muscle stimulator, located inside the mouth (5), illustrated in Figure 2.

Muscle stimulator according to claim 1 characterized in that the axis of rotation of the circular movement coincides with an axis that passes through the center of the sphere (2).

D01 refers to an oral stimulator whose objective is to press and stimulate the affected part without having to depend on a specialist. Said oral stimulator comprises a portion (11) that can be mounted, at least partially, on the teeth, and a portion (12) that presses and is fixed completely on the portion (11), in order to be able to press the affected part from inside the mouth when the part (11) is placed on the teeth and is shaped to press up the Geikou, Biryu and / or the Sanshou points from within the upper lip. D02 refers to a perioral stimulator whose function is to involuntarily force a correct positioning of the tongue inside the mouth, by placing a cylinder with an internal cavity and of adequate length, of silicone material, and attached its ends by means of a connecting piece, this cylinder forming an elastic annular ring, said ring being located inside the mouth in the area called "bottom of the vestibule", which is the space between the outer part of the teeth, molars and the inside of the lips and cheeks.
