Abstract

Abrazadera de sujeción elástica por efecto de resorte, especialmente para fijar frutales de espaldera, varas y similares, a alambres tensores que transcurren horizontales, con argolla ranurada cuya ranura se ensancha para la introducción de una vara, una rama, un tallo u otra parte similar de una planta, y una vez pasada la misma se cierra de nuevo bajo el efecto presor de las partes de la abrazadera de sujeción que delimitan la ranura, presentando la abrazadera de sujeción brazos acodados desde la ranura de la argolla, y al ponerse cae esencialmente a un lado y los brazos al otro lado del alambre tensado, y presionándose elásticamente contra el alambre tensado la parte de la planta metida en la argolla, y mediante ello una tensión de apriete producida entre el alambre tensado y la argolla al introducirse la parte de la planta, impide un desplázamiento lateral de la abrazadera en el alambre tensado, caracterizada porque la argolla presenta en su zona opuesta a la ranura, un saliente en forma de gancho, mediante el cual esta z na de la argolla se engancha en el alambre tensor por el mismo lado en el que se hallan los brazos acodados, cayendo ambas zonas intermedias curvadas de la argolla que hay entre el saliente en forma de gancho y la ranura, en el lado del alambre tensor opuesto al últimamente citado, y porque la zona de la argolla que presenta el saliente en forma de gancho se extiende aproximadamente paralela al alambre tensado.
