Field of the Invention

All the inconveniences and / or problems mentioned, and others that can be derived from them, are solved with the kit object of the invention, which comprises at least one blade and one short-handled scraper, and a bag fixed on the outside from its bottom to the shovel, all these disposable elements being after just one use and presenting the bag enough ability to contain others.

The kit is used by inserting a hand into the bag, which acts like this glove, to hold the shovel by its handle, then holding the scraper with the other hand and dragging with it the droppings to the shovel in which they are collected for then turn the bag over until it covers said shovel and the excrement remaining one and other contents in it, in which also introduce the scraper to comfortably lay the assembly Where convenient.

The kit that makes up the device can be completed with a disposable glove after just one use in which the hand using the scraper will be sheathed and that, after use, it will also be placed inside the bag to throw it together with the rest of the kit.

Description of an embodiment

According to such figures, the kit illustrated for the collection of excrement of domestic animals consists of a shovel (1), a scraper (2) and a bag (3) fixed by the part intermediate outside of its bottom at the end of the handle (1a) of the shovel (1), and the kit of an optional glove may also be included (4) (in strokes in the drawings).

All these items are disposable after  single use and, therefore, will be manufactured with a material of Little cost like certain cartons and / or plastics.

The blade (1) and the scraper (2) have respective sets of ribs (1b) and (2b) of reinforcement and corresponding handles (1st) and (2nd) of short and sufficient length for its grasp, being able to present the indicated nerves the path illustrated or whichever is more convenient.

With the shovel (1), and driving the scraper (2), the  user will collect the excrement (EX) in said shovel (see figure 2) to then, and holding it, pull the mouth of the bag (3) with the hand (M2) to turn it over and, at the same time that the hand is discovered (M1), it is covered with said bag (3) the shovel (1) and the indicated excrement (figure 3) until they are deposited inside.

Then they are also introduced in the bag (3), the scraper (2) and, if applicable, the glove (4) for then act on the tape (5) of the mouth of said bag and close it, which with its content (figure 4) can transport easily and conveniently to the right place Where it will lie.

The kit can be sold in packs of several units, and be available to the public in centers commercial, supermarkets and other establishments.

The invention, within its essentiality, can be put into practice in other embodiments that differ only in detail from that indicated solely by way of example and which will also achieve the protection that collect. This kit can then be made for the collection of excrement of domestic animals with the means, components and most suitable accessories, the component elements being able to be replaced by other technically equivalent ones, because everything remains this included in the claims.

Kit for the collection of excrement of domestic animals, characterized in that it comprises at least one shovel (1) and a scraper (2) of short handles (1st, 2nd), and a bag (3) fixed on the outside of its bottom to the shovel (1), being all these disposable elements after a single use and presenting the bag (3) the sufficient capacity to contain all the others. 2. Kit for the collection of excreta of domestic animals, according to claim 1, characterized in that the bag (3) is fixed on the back of the blade (1). 3. Kit for collecting excrement of domestic animals, according to claim 2, characterized in that the bag (3) is fixed on the handle (1a) of the blade (1). 4. Kit for collecting excrement of domestic animals, according to claim 1, characterized in that the bag (3) comprises means for closing it. 5. Kit for collecting excrement of domestic animals, according to claim 1, characterized in that the blade (1) and the scraper (2) have ribs (1b, 2b) for reinforcing them. 6. Kit for the collection of excreta of domestic animals, according to claim 4, characterized in that the means of closing the bag (3) are constituted by at least one endless belt (5) conveniently arranged inside a garret (3a) from the mouth of the bag (3) and which is accessed by convenient openings (3b) of said jareta. 7.
