Abstract
Un conjunto de jeringa que tiene una aguja retráctil que se desecha después de una sola inyección de fluido en un paciente, comprendiendo el conjunto: un cuerpo de jeringa hueco que comprende un cilindro y que tiene una parte extrema anterior y una parte extrema posterior, comprendiendo además la parte extrema posterior al menos un miembro que se extiende radialmente que presenta retenes de dedo para el cuerpo de la jeringa; un mecanismo de retroceso dispuesto en la parte extrema anterior, comprendiendo además el mecanismo de retroceso un soporte de aguja que tiene una parte de cabeza, una parte de sujeción de aguja alargada, y un paso de fluido que se extiende longitudinalmente a través de la parte de cabeza y de la parte de sujeción de la aguja alargada, comprendiendo además la parte de cabeza, un miembro de retención continuo que rodea la cabeza interior, y una parte de conexión dispuesta entre el miembro de retención continuo y la cabeza interior, en el que dicha parte de conexión acopla el miembro de retención continuo y la cabeza interior para formar una junta estanca al fluido entre el paso de fluido y el cilindro antes del retroceso, y un muelle de retroceso comprimido que rodea al menos parte de la parte de sujeción de aguja alargada y que predispone la cabeza interior hacia la parte extrema posterior antes del retroceso. una aguja retráctil que se extiende hacia la parte extrema anterior del cuerpo a través de una abertura de la parte extrema anterior del cuerpo, estando sujeta la agua retráctil en relación fija a la parte de sujeción de aguja del soporte de aguja y en comunicación de fluido con el paso de fluido que se extiende longitudinalmente a través de la parte de cabeza y de la parte de sujeción de aguja; un émbolo dispuesto para su desplazamiento alternativo dentro del cilindro y que forma una cámara variable entre el émbolo y el soporte de aguja antes y durante la inyección, siendo el émbolo admisible en el interior del cilindro a través de la parte extrema posterior del cuerpo y que comprende una pared exterior, una cavidad de retroceso dispuesta hacia dentro de la pared exterior, un elemento de estanqueidad del émbolo que permite el enganche estanco deslizante entre el émbolo y el cilindro, estando el deslizamiento del elemento de estanqueidad del émbolo impedido longitudinalmente a lo largo de la pared exterior del émbolo, y un extremo posterior con una tapa final que tiene una periferia exterior; y una barrera en la parte extrema anterior del cuerpo que limita el desplazamiento hacia delante de la parte de sujeción de aguja y de la aguja retráctil respecto del cuerpo cuando el émbolo está deprimido dentro del cilindro durante la inyección y el retroceso; en el que el miembro de retención continuo es liberable de la cabeza interior del soporte de aguja cuando el émbolo es deprimido adicionalmente dentro del cilindro después de la inyección.
Claims (20)
1. Un conjunto de jeringa que tiene una aguja
retráctil que se desecha después de una sola inyección de fluido en
un paciente, comprendiendo el conjunto:
- un cuerpo de jeringa hueco que comprende un cilindro y que tiene una parte extrema anterior y una parte extrema posterior, comprendiendo además la parte extrema posterior al menos un miembro que se extiende radialmente que presenta retenes de dedo para el cuerpo de la jeringa;
- un mecanismo de retroceso dispuesto en la parte extrema anterior, comprendiendo además el mecanismo de retroceso un soporte de aguja que tiene una parte de cabeza, una parte de sujeción de aguja alargada, y un paso de fluido que se extiende longitudinalmente a través de la parte de cabeza y de la parte de sujeción de la aguja alargada, comprendiendo además la parte de cabeza, un miembro de retención continuo que rodea la cabeza interior, y una parte de conexión dispuesta entre el miembro de retención continuo y la cabeza interior, en el que dicha parte de conexión acopla el miembro de retención continuo y la cabeza interior para formar una junta estanca al fluido entre el paso de fluido y el cilindro antes del retroceso, y un muelle de retroceso comprimido que rodea al menos parte de la parte de sujeción de aguja alargada y que predispone la cabeza interior hacia la parte extrema posterior antes del retroceso.
- una aguja retráctil que se extiende hacia la parte extrema anterior del cuerpo a través de una abertura de la parte extrema anterior del cuerpo, estando sujeta la agua retráctil en relación fija a la parte de sujeción de aguja del soporte de aguja y en comunicación de fluido con el paso de fluido que se extiende longitudinalmente a través de la parte de cabeza y de la parte de sujeción de aguja;
- un émbolo dispuesto para su desplazamiento alternativo dentro del cilindro y que forma una cámara variable entre el émbolo y el soporte de aguja antes y durante la inyección, siendo el émbolo admisible en el interior del cilindro a través de la parte extrema posterior del cuerpo y que comprende una pared exterior, una cavidad de retroceso dispuesta hacia dentro de la pared exterior, un elemento de estanqueidad del émbolo que permite el enganche estanco deslizante entre el émbolo y el cilindro, estando el deslizamiento del elemento de estanqueidad del émbolo impedido longitudinalmente a lo largo de la pared exterior del émbolo, y un extremo posterior con una tapa final que tiene una periferia exterior; y una barrera en la parte extrema anterior del cuerpo que limita el desplazamiento hacia delante de la parte de sujeción de aguja y de la aguja retráctil respecto del cuerpo cuando el émbolo está deprimido dentro del cilindro durante la inyección y el retroceso;
- en el que el miembro de retención continuo es liberable de la cabeza interior del soporte de aguja cuando el émbolo es deprimido adicionalmente dentro del cilindro después de la inyección.
2. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el mecanismo de retroceso es admisible a través de la
parte extrema posterior del cilindro.
3. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el émbolo lleva una extremidad que sobresale hacia
delante del elemento de estanqueidad del émbolo para contactar con
el soporte de aguja y liberar la aguja retráctil cuando el émbolo es
deprimido adicionalmente dentro del cilindro después de la
inyección.
4. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
3 en el que el miembro de retención continuo se libera de la cabeza
interior del soporte de aguja por medio de una fuerza aplicada por
la extremidad al soporte de aguja.
5. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el cuerpo comprende además un collarín que tiene un
extremo posterior abierto, extendiéndose el collarín detrás de al
menos un miembro que se extiende radialmente y que se separa
longitudinalmente del al menos un miembro que se extiende
radialmente del extremo posterior abierto, y en el que la periferia
exterior de la tapa final está en la proximidad inmediata del
extremo posterior del collarín después de la inyección y durante el
retroceso.
6. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación 5
en el que la tapa final está introducida en confinamiento estrecho
en el extremo posterior del collarín después del retroceso.
7. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación 1
en el que el cilindro no se deforma durante el retroceso.
8. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación 1
en el que la barrera es un reborde anular dispuesto en la parte
anterior del cilindro.
9. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación 8
en el que el reborde anular está dispuesto contiguo a la abertura de
la parte extrema anterior del cuerpo.
10. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
8 en el que la parte de sujeción de la aguja está apoyada sobre el
reborde anular.
11. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el cuerpo tiene una superficie de detención rígida que
es contactada directamente por el elemento de estanqueidad del
émbolo y detiene el desplazamiento hacia delante del émbolo dentro
del cuerpo cuando el émbolo es deprimido adicionalmente dentro del
cuerpo después de la inyección.
12. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que la tapa final tiene una abertura y está instalado un
cierre en la abertura.
13. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que la cavidad de retroceso está ventilada detrás del
elemento de estanqueidad del émbolo.
14. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
13 en el que la cavidad de retroceso está ventilada entre el
elemento de estanqueidad del émbolo y la tapa final.
15. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el cuerpo comprende un cilindro de una pieza.
16. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el miembro de retención continuo se acopla a la cabeza
interior con una fuerza de sujeción que excede a la fuerza de
presión ejercida sobre la cabeza interior por el muelle de retroceso
comprimido.
17. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que una parte de la parte de sujeción de la aguja es
extiende hacia delante del cuerpo.
18. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el miembro de retención continuo tiene una superficie de
contacto exterior que forma una junta estanca al fluido con el
cilindro.
19. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que el cuerpo y el soporte de la aguja alargado cooperan
como una guía de muelle durante la compresión del muelle de
retrocedo.
20. El conjunto de jeringa de la reivindicación
1 en el que la parte de conexión es frágil.
