Addition to patent P 200302388 by: "System clamping for front shelving elements ".

The present specification refers, as its title indicates, to an addition to Patent 200302388 by " Fastening system for front shelving elements ", of the type used to hold label holders, embellishments, hangers, etc. the shelf shelf shelves for commercial establishments or warehouses equipped with ribbed fronts or with lace as a dovetail, characterized by the use of several intermediate anchoring pieces that with their rotation produce the interlocking of the accessory front element in the frontal profile of the shelf, allowing in an alternative embodiment the use of intermediate anchoring parts equipped with an internal protrusion that performs the function of a turning stop, improving the attachment of the piece to the front profile of the shelf and thus avoiding that it can be released or extract easily.

They are known and described in the Patent main 200302388 the clear advantages it presents over clamping systems currently used to perform a firm and secure grip, quickly and accurately, on par that both assembly and disassembly can be done without need for special tools, all using some Elements of simple manufacturing and therefore economical. It also  highlights the added advantage that this clamping system can easily adapt to any type of front element to shelving, both decorative moldings, and label holders, as hooks or hangers, as extensions of the shelves, etc ...

The patent system 200302388 is characterized by the use of several rotating parts of anchor (defined "butterflies") well located in the part rear of the front element to hold and attached to it by means of a central fixation that allows the free rotating movement of said pieces around this central axis, as well as parts independent swivel. This system allows, compared to others systems, fixing in a firm and secure manner, even when the frontal element have an important weight. However, it has observed that this improvement in support, still substantial over generally known means and systems, it increases definitely, especially in the face of subsequent manipulation of the front element, card holder, hangers, or similar, by means of incorporation of an internal protuberance, improvement of manifest in the most demanding trials.

The main objective of the present addition to said Patent 200302388 is the inclusion of an alternative variant of realization of the fastening system for frontal elements of shelving that adds a complementary performance improvement without impairment or alteration of its essential characteristics. This alternative construction variant adds to the anchor parts intermediate or "butterflies" an internal bulge that performs Turn stop function.

To do this, in this alternative variant the intermediate anchor pieces or "butterflies" take a form different, with an internal bulge, as a stop, basically shaped like a parallelepiped, located in the part internal of the flat area of action, between the clamping base and the perpendicular folding terminal of the flat area of action, and near its outer end.

This internal protuberance is located in such so that, in the interlocking position, it is parallel to the edge lower profile of the front shelf, imposing a significantly higher spin resistance and improved grip from the piece to said front profile due to the blockage produced and thus avoiding the one that can be easily released or removed.

It is characteristic of this alternative variant that, for its disassembly, it is necessary to previously push towards the front part the perpendicular folding terminal of the flat area of actuation, in order to extract the internal protuberance of the lower edge of the front shelf profile, unlocking thus the anchoring piece and proceeding to turn for extraction.

This alternative embodiment of the pieces of intermediate anchor, or "butterflies" has the advantage of improve the clamping of the intermediate anchoring piece to said frontal profile due to the blockage produced by the protuberance internal located as a stop.

It also has the added advantage of avoiding which can be released or removed easily, by manipulation not intentional or vibration, thus achieving a restraint much more firm and durable.

It is also noteworthy that this realization alternative also requires a specific maneuver and intentionally unlocking the piece, without which it is impossible turn it for extraction, with the subsequent improvement in the interlocking by preventing it from being released accidentally.

To better understand the purpose of this invention, an embodiment has been shown in the attached drawing preferential practice of it. In that plane figure -1- shows four different views of the alternative embodiment of the intermediate anchor piece or "butterfly".

Figure -2- shows a profile view of the alternative embodiment of the butterfly placed on the profile side by way of dovetail on the shelf, in position blocking, indicating the direction in which it is to be pushed towards the front part the perpendicular folding terminal of the flat area of performance.

Figure -3- shows an example of machining characteristic in passing, on the inner face of an element front to hold, in this case a label holder, as a "h" lowercase.

Figure -4- shows two perspective views of the alternative embodiment of the butterfly placed in the profile side by way of dovetail on the shelf, a view on the mounting position and the other in the locked position.

Figure -5- shows a front view sectioned, through a label holder, showing how the tubular extension of the butterfly goes through the machining of the front element to hold, in a sequence of positions of introduction, blocking and disassembly.

The addition to Patent 200302388 which is presents consists, as can be seen in the attached plan, in an alternative variant in which the anchor pieces intermediate or "butterflies" (1) take a different form, being provided with an internal protuberance (2) characteristic, to bumper mode, basically shaped like a parallelepiped, located in the internal part of the flat area of action (5), between the base clamping (6) and terminal perpendicular folding (7) of the area actuation plane (5), and near its outer edge.

This internal protuberance (2) is located of such that, in the interlocking position, it is parallel to the lower edge of the front profile (3) of the shelf, imposing a significantly higher resistance to rotation and improving the securing the intermediate anchoring piece (1) to said profile front (3) for the blockage produced and for the improvement in turning resistance and thus avoiding that which can be released or removed with ease both the intermediate anchoring piece (1) and the element to hold (4).

As indicated above is characteristic of this alternative variant that, for its disassembly, it is necessary to previously push towards the front the perpendicular folding terminal (7) of the flat acting area (5), in order to remove the internal protuberance (2) from the lower edge of the front profile (3) of the shelf, thus unlocking the anchoring piece (1) and proceeding to turn its extraction.

A description is voluntarily omitted detailed of the rest of the particularities of the connector that presents or of the component elements that integrate it, because we believe that the rest of these particularities They are not subject to any claim.

Once nature is sufficiently described of the present invention, as well as a way of putting it into practice, we only have to add that as a whole and parts that make up, it is possible to introduce changes of form, of material, of provision, as long as these alterations do not vary substantially the nature of the invention claimed in continuation.

Addendum to Patent 200302388 for "Fastening system for front shelving elements", of the type used to hold label holders, trims, hangers, and any other type of auxiliary elements on the shelf shelves for establishments commercial or warehouses equipped with ribbed fronts or with lace as a dovetail, characterized by an alternative embodiment of the invention in which the intermediate anchoring pieces or "butterflies" (1) adopt a different configuration, being provided with a protuberance internal (2) characteristic, as a stop, basically in the form of a parallelepiped, located in the internal part of the flat area of action (5), between the clamping base (6) and the terminal perpendicular folding (7) of the flat area of action (5), and near its outer edge. 2. Addendum to Patent 200302388 for "Fastening system for front shelving elements", according to the preceding claim, characterized by an alternative embodiment of the invention in which the internal protuberance (2) is located such that, in the interlocking position, is parallel to the lower edge of the front profile (3) of the shelf, imposing high resistance to rotation and improving the attachment of the intermediate anchoring piece (1) to said front profile (3) by the lock produced and by the improvement in the turning resistance and thus avoiding that the intermediate anchoring piece (1) and the element to be fastened (4) can be easily released or removed, all without severely penalizing its disassembly. 3. Addition to Patent 200302388 for "Fastening system for front shelving elements", according to the preceding claims, characterized by an alternative embodiment of the invention in which the disassembly process requires previously pushing the terminal perpendicular folding towards the front (7) of the flat actuation zone (5), in order to remove the internal protuberance (2) from the lower edge of the front profile (3) of the shelf, thus unlocking the anchoring piece (1) and proceeding to the spin for extraction.
