Abstract

Box for ready-made garments. This box is formed from a sheet (1) and has a prismatic configuration, delimited by lateral surfaces (3) and folding flaps (5, 6, 7, 8). The upper base comprises a first pair of flaps (7) provided with longitudinal grooves (71), and a second pair of flaps (8) having end portions (83) that are inserted vertically into the box through the creases ( 71). Object of the invention

The present invention is referred to as its title indicates a box for ready-made garments, of the type of formed from a sheet of cardboard, plastic or similar, conveniently die cut and folded to define a configuration  general prismatic, hollow, bounded by surfaces lateral and folding flaps that make up the bases top and bottom of the box.

Background of the invention

Currently the boxes are widely known used for the storage and transport of all types of products, and that conform from a cardboard sheet die cut

Generally these boxes have a prismatic configuration and close by the upper bases and bottom by overlapping pairs of fins facing each other extending from corresponding sides of the box.

The transport of garments made in this type of boxes is a problem since the folding and stacking of the garments inside the box cause them to be marked in wrinkles and creases, which worsens your presentation once unpacked and hung for display and sale.

Currently, to carry out the transportation of garments made in a deployed position inside the boxes, there is a general tendency to use a bar or crossbar that sits horizontally inside the box and next to the upper base, forming the bar or crossbar a suitable medium for hooking hangers or hangers garments This way the clothes are hung and unfolded, which significantly reduces the risk of wrinkling during transport.

This bar or crossbar is supported or protruded on windows or laces defined on opposite sides of the box, contributing the weight of the garments to the retention of the bar or crossbar in the position of use.

However, this solution does not solve completely and satisfactorily the problem posed since, in a On the other hand, it is necessary to incorporate said bar or crossbar, assuming this element an additional cost to that of the own box, and on the other hand because during transport and box manipulation hangers can slide laterally on the bar, grouping garments in one of the lateral, with the consequent risk of wrinkles or folds, and even accidentally pick up, dropping the garment at the bottom of the box, which will also cause your wrinkled.

Description of the invention

The box for ready-made garments object of the invention presents constructive particularities oriented to define inside the box and with the material itself constitutive of the box, suitable means for hanging the hangers and their stable retention, without the possibility of move laterally or from accidentally disengaging from said hanging means.

For this and according to the invention the base top of the box comprises a first pair of flaps folding, which extend superiorly from two of the surfaces facing sides of the box and presenting in its middle area two longitudinal clefts. In the closed position of the box this first pair of flaps is arranged horizontally, covering virtually the entire surface or base top of the box.

The upper base of the box further comprises a second pair of folding flaps that extend superiorly of the other two lateral surfaces of the box, presenting this second pair of flaps paths cross fold lines that differentiate in each flap an initial portion of a surface substantially equal to half the surface of the upper base, and respective end portions that are introduced vertically through the clefts of the first couple of flaps accessing the inside of the box.

In the closed position of the box the initial portions of this second pair of flaps remain arranged horizontally, above the first pair of flaps, while the end portions are housed in the inside the box, arranged vertically and attached sideways.

Such extreme portions of the second couple of flaps have opposite windows for the comfortable introduction of successive garment hangers made, extending said windows in the direction transverse in a section along which they can move from adjusted form the successive hangers or hangers, remaining retained in the desired position.

Said cut lacks appreciable width, of so that by moving a hanger laterally inside it the material arranged on the opposite sides of the cut exerts a pressure against the hanger preventing it from moving from unintentionally along said cut.

This peculiarity also prevents the hanger can be accidentally released from the cut, and that the clothes fall to the bottom of the box.

To facilitate the introduction of garments in the inside of the boxes and the hanging of the respective hangers, as its subsequent off-hook and extraction, the box present in one of the lateral surfaces a die cut in "U" shape that defines a swing access door to the inside the box.

Obviously once the clothes are placed in inside the box this access door can be closed by means of a seal, adhesive tape or any other means that prevent the removal of garments through the door without there is an obvious sign that the door has been opened or manipulated

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

As you can see in the attached figures, the box is formed from a die cut sheet (1), of cardboard, in which they are differentiated by means of lines folding (2): a lateral surfaces (3), a flange (4) for the side closure of the box once mounted, two pairs of lower flaps (5, 6) intended to form the base of the box, and two pairs of upper flaps (7, 8) forming the upper base of the box.

The first pair of flaps (7) presents in its middle area a longitudinal cleft (71), while the Lapels (8) of the second couple are presented with paths transverse folding lines (81) that differ in each flap (8): an initial portion (82) intended to cover half of the flaps (7) and an end portion (83) intended to be introduced vertically inside the box through the clefts (71) of the flaps (7).

The extreme portions (83) of the flaps (8) they present a window (84) for the loose introduction of the successive hangers (9) that support the garments (10). The Windows (84) of each of the flaps (8) extends laterally in cross direction in a section (85) for displacement adjusted of successive hangers or hangers (9), as shown in figure 4, such hangers or hangers (9) are more or less distanced and held in position desired.

To perform the introduction and extraction of the garments with the respective hangers (9), the box presents in one of its lateral surfaces (3) a die cut (31), by way of "U", which defines an access door (32) to the interior of the box.

Once nature is sufficiently described of the invention, as well as a preferred embodiment, for the appropriate purposes that the materials, form, size and arrangement of the elements described may be modified, as long as this does not imply an alteration of the essential features of the invention claimed in continuation.

Claims (3)

1. Box for ready-made garments; of the type of those formed from a sheet (1) of cardboard, plastic or the like, conveniently stamped and folded to form a general prismatic configuration, delimited by lateral surfaces (3) and by folding flaps (5, 6, 7 , 8) that make up the upper and lower bases; characterized in that the upper base comprises a first pair of folding flaps (7) that extend from two of the facing side surfaces (3) facing the box and which have two longitudinal slits (71) in their middle area, and a second pair of folding flaps (8) that extend superiorly to the other two lateral surfaces (3) of the box, said second pair of flaps (8) having two transverse folding lines (81) that differentiate in said flaps (8) respective initial portions (82), and respective end portions (83) that are introduced vertically through the clefts (71) of the first pair of flaps (7) accessing the inside of the box, where they are arranged vertically and laterally attached, and because said extreme portions (83) have two windows (84) facing each other, for the introduction of successive hangers or hangers (9) of the ready-made garments (10), said windows (84) being extended in di transverse rection in a cut (85) for the adjusted displacement of the successive hangers (9) and their retention in the desired position. 2. Box, according to claim 1, characterized in that one of the lateral surfaces (3) has a cut or die cut (31) defining a hinged door (32) for the introduction and removal of garments (10) with the respective hangers ( 9). 3. Box, according to claim 1, characterized in that the initial portions (82) of the flaps (8) have a surface substantially equal to half the surface of the upper base of the box and, in the closed position of the box, are arranged horizontally on the first pair of fins (7), completely covering the upper base of the box.
