Abstract

Unidad portátil con medios de engrasado incorporados y control automatizado para aerogeneradores. Se trata de un engrasador general automatizado sobre los rodamientos que soportan las hélices o palas orientables, dependiendo ésta variación de la dirección o intensidad del viento, constituido por una sola unidad móvil o portátil que contiene el conjunto del grupo de engrasado y sus medios de regulación y control y los del distribuidor con sus correspondientes medios de control y presión y sobre cuya pared exterior dorsal se disponen cabezas de multiconectores, tantos como engrasadores contengan los rodamientos del aerogenerador, cada uno provisto de respectiva boquilla de enchufe rápido para conectar y alimentar directamente, desde dicha unidad, todos los engrasadores simultáneamente, al mismo tiempo que rebosa la grasa residual, eliminando riesgos de avería y reduciendo tiempos de ejecución, observando todas las normas de seguridad, higiene y medioambientales.
