Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de armazones para respaldos de butacas y armazón así obtenido. El procedimiento consiste en utilizar un molde que cuenta con una parte fija para la obtención de la parte inferior del respaldo, común a los diferentes tipos de respaldo, y otra parte móvil, con insertos intercambiables, para conseguir la parte superior del respaldo con distintas configuraciones o longitudes para el mismo. Se obtiene así un respaldo monopieza, íntegramente de material plástico; provisto de un soporte o bastidor perimetral (1), con nervaduras perimetrales y concéntricas (2) de rigidización del mismo, y con una serie de bandas transversales (3) que actúan como elementos elásticos en sustitución de los muelles convencionales.
