Abstract
Intercambiador de calor para intercambio de calor entre un gas y un líquido, por ejemplo intercambiador de calor de aire de alimentación o de gas de escape refrigerado con agua, comprendiendo una pila de placas intercambiadoras de calor (1) que están ensambladas en forma simétrica unas con otras y que están unidas en la brida de borde (2) y en torno a sus aberturas (3) dispuestas en línea de modo que confinan dentro de ellas recintos colectores y distribuidores (4) para un primer medio y sus canales de flujo horizontales (5), así como con recintos colectores (6) en lo que desembocan. los canales de flujo (7) para el segundo medio, caracterizado porque la pila está constituida por placas intercambiadoras de calor (1) en forma de bandejas que encierran dentro de ellas canales de flujo separados (7) para el segundo medio, presentando las placas intercambiadoras de calor (1) una estampación periférica (8) que posee tramos (9) en las proximidades del borde (10) de las placas intercambiadoras decalor (1) y tramos (11) que cruzan las placas intercambiadoras de calor (1) y que comprenden al menos la abertura de entrada y la abertura de salida (3) para el primer medio, estando unida la estampación periférica (8) de una placa intercambiadora de calor (1) con la estampación (8) de la placa intercambiadora de calor siguiente (1), de modo que una zona (B) de las placas intercambiadoras de calor (1) está confinada por la estampación periférica 8); dentro de la zona (B) los canales de flujo (5 y 7) para ambos medios están dispuestos paralelos uno a otro; la estampación periférica (8) separa ambos canales de flujo (5, 7) uno de otro y hacia fuera en el aspecto reotécnico; y los canales de flujo (7) para el segundo medio desembocan por fuera de la estampación periférica (8) en al menos un recinto colector (6).
