Abstract

Aparato para la regulación controlada de la respiración dependiente del ritmo cardiaco, en el que la fase de inspiración tiene una duración correspondiente a un primer múltiplo del periodo del ritmo cardiaco y la fase de expiración tiene una duración correspondiente a un segundo múltiplo del ritmo cardiaco, comprende una unidad para la detección del ritmo cardiaco (14), una unidad de cálculo (12) para el procesado de los datos relativos al ritmo cardiaco que depende de parámetros externos y produce señales de salida que son una función de dichos parámetros múltiples y externos y medios de señalización 15) adaptados para constituir una guía para las fases de inspiración y de expiración. L aparato puede comprender además una unidad detectora de la respiración (19), conectada, conectada a la unidad de cálculo (12) para la comparación entre la respiración real y la respiración teórica calculada por la unidad de cálculo (12).
