Método universal de extracción de ADN de alta calidad. El aislamiento y purificación de ADN es el paso inicial para la mayoría de los protocolos empleados en biología molecular por lo que resulta esencial disponer de métodos sencillos y rápidos para su realización. La presente metodología permite la purificación rápida y económica de ADN genómico a partir de células procariotas (bacterias) y eucariotas (humanos, animales: a partir de muestras de sangre, plasma, saliva, semen, líquido amniótico, vellosidades coriales, células en cultivo, y de plantas: a partir de tallos, hojas, flores, frutos y raíces frescas), así como a partir de preparados como harinas o congelados. También permite purificar ADN extraído de geles de agarosa.Universal method of high quality DNA extraction. The isolation and purification of DNA is the initial step for most of the protocols used in molecular biology, so it is essential to have simple and fast methods for its realization. The present methodology allows the rapid and economical purification of genomic DNA from prokaryotic cells (bacteria) and eukaryotes (humans, animals: from blood, plasma, saliva, semen, amniotic fluid, chorial villi, cultured cells, and of plants: from stems, leaves, flowers, fresh fruits and roots), as well as from preparations such as flours or frozen. It also allows to purify DNA extracted from agarose gels.
