Abstract

Uso de proteinasas de bromelaína para la fabricación de un medicamento destinado a inhibir la coagulación de la sangre, dichas proteinasas de bromelaína se eligen entre: a) una proteinasa básica de bromelaína que - tiene un peso molecular de 24,4 kDa, - posee una actividad óptima en un pH situado entre 4 y 5,5 y - contiene la siguiente secuencia de aminoácidos: Val Pro Gln Ser Ile Asp Trp Arg Asp Tyr Gly Ala Val Thr Ser Val Lys Asn Gln Asn y/o b) una proteinasa básica de bromelaína que - tiene un peso molecular de 24,5 kDa, - posee una actividad óptima en un pH situado entre 3,5 y 5 y - contiene la siguiente secuencia de aminoácidos: Val Pro Gln Ser Ile Asp Trp Arg Asp Tyr Gly Ala Val Thr Ser Val Lys Asn Gln Asn y/o c) una proteinasa básica de bromelaína que - tiene un peso molecular de 23,4 kDa, - posee una actividad óptima en un pH situado entre 6 y 8 y - contiene la siguiente secuencia de aminoácidos: Val Pro Gln Ser Ile Asp Trp Arg Asp Ser Gly Ala Val Thr Ser Val Lys Asn Gln Gly
