Abstract
Procedimiento para el registro de datos del paciente a partir de un procedimiento de proyección de imágenes en intervenciones quirúrgicas asistidas por navegación con cámara, con los siguientes pasos: - se produce un registro de datos del paciente mediante una tomografía o un procedimiento de proyección de imágenes para el cuerpo del paciente o una parte del mismo, - tras el traslado del paciente a un quirófano, y durante su tratamiento, se agrega, en al menos una estructura corporal fija, al menos una disposición de marcadores identificable y susceptible de seguimiento en el sistema de navegación, - se realizan, mediante un aparato de rayos X, una o varias radiografías del área a tratar, cuya posición espacial es determinada por el sistema de navegación, - mediante una asignación asistida por ordenador, el registro de datos del paciente se registra actualizado con los datos de posición obtenidos de la radiografía, y - mediante el seguimiento de la(s) disposición(es) de marcadores en el sistema de navegación, se detectan y registran los movimientos y movimientos relativos dentro del área a tratar.
