Abstract

Canalización para red de agua o de saneamiento, que comprende unos conductos empalmados cabeza a cabeza y un dispositivo de empalme, estando los conductos de material soldable y/o adherente, y presentando en sus extremidades unos asientos cilíndricos, anterior (8a) y posterior (8b), respectivamente, y unas caras terminales ortogonales a su eje longitudinal, el dispositivo comprende: - un casquillo (3) añadido sobre el asiento cilíndrico externo posterior de cada conducto y presentando una parte de gran diámetro (9b), formando tulipán, y una parte de pequeño diámetro (9a), - una junta de tope (4) con un collarín radial (14) que se inserta entre las caras terminales de dos conductos empalmados asegurando la continuidad hidráulica, - y unos medios (5), distintos a la junta de tope y asegurando la estanqueidad del empalme, la parte (9a) de pequeño diámetro del casquillo (3)está acoplada y fijada, por soldadura o encolado, sobre el asiento cilíndrico posterior (8b) de un conducto con un desplazamiento longitudinal (S) con relación a la cara terminal del asiento (8b) precitado, de manera que el tulipán se extienda, sobre este asiento (8b), formando un alojamiento anular (15), caracterizada porque la parte más ancha del casquillo se desarrolla alrededor del asiento anterior (8a) del conducto siguiente, mientras que el collarín (14) de la junta de tope (4) es solidario a un anillo periférico (13) más ancho que él y un lado del cual (13b) está insertado y cogido en un alojamiento anular (15) precitado, después de fijación del casquillo sobre el conducto, y cuyo otro lado (13a) coopera con la extremidad del conducto siguiente.
