Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus for automatically sanitizing and cleaning objects such as computer keyboards, said apparatus having a support work surface (3) for the object to be cleaned. Said work surface is open downwards and located below a deposit (4) for the cleaning liquid. Cleaning means (5) are provided inside the deposit. Said means consist, for instance, of pairs of bundles of bristles that move up/down (A) and become impregnated with cleaning liquid and rub against the surface of the object as they move up. To this end, motor-driven means (6) are provided. The work surface may include transversal rollers (8) on which the object to be cleaned is supported. The rollers are rotationally mounted about their axis (81) so that the object to be cleaned can move along the work surface.
