THE REAR WALL SLIDES SUBSTANTIELY SLOWLY IN THE FORM OF LITTLE CONTACT WITHIN THE TUBULAR BODY, PREFERIBLY THROUGH A REDUCED DIAMETER (OD) OF THE REAR WALL (11) IN RELATION TO THE INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) OF THE TUBULAR BODY (8), OF HAND WHICH IS PUSHED BACKWARD WHEN THE BODY IS RADIALLY AGAINST AFTER THE OPERATION. ALTERNATIVELY, IT CAN BE PREVENTED THAT THE CARTRIDGE BODY IS EXPANDED OR EVEN THAT IT IS ACTIVELY COMPRESSED SO THAT THE RESIDUAL FLOW CAUSED BY REDUCING THE RELAXED TUBE VOLUME IS AVOIDED.
