Abstract
Dispositivo de soporte y centraje para utilizarlo en la generación del segundo anillo de una rueda dentada o polea (11), provista de un primer anillo (14a) que ya se ha formado y un segundo anillo (14b) que todavía no se ha formado, quedando separados los anillos (14a, 14b) por una ranura central (19), incluyendo cada anillo (14a, 14b), cuando han sido acabados, respectivos dientes (15) que son rectos o se encuentran inclinados de 2 á 60 respecto al plano medio (29) ortogonal al eje (25) de la rueda dentada (11), estando asociado en funcionamiento dicho dispositivo a una cuchilla generatriz o instrumento de piñones (16) que se desplaza en un movimiento alternativo respecto a un eje (26) del mismo situado paralelo al eje de giro (25) de la rueda dentada o polea (25), y avanza desde una primera posición fuera del anillo (14a, 14b) hasta una segunda posición coordinada con la ranura central (19), presentando la base de soporte (18) una superficie de soporte (18b) para alojar sobre ella una pieza de trabajo (13) que proporciona dichos anillos (14a, 14b), un eje (17) para posicionar y sujetar axialmente la pieza de trabajo (13) a partir del cual va a generarse la rueda dentada o polea (11) a medida que la cuchilla generatriz o instrumento de pinones (16) experimenta dicho avance y un dispositivo centrador, caracterizado en que el dispositivo centrador comprende un pasador retráctil (20, 120) incorporado en la base (18) para sobresalir de la misma, estando montado de manera que puede quedar en una primera posición de espera (20a, 120a) y una segunda posición de trabajo (20b, 120b), estando el pasador (20, 120) en la primera posición de espera (20a, 120a) para cooperar durante el posicionamiento de la pieza de trabajo (13) con por lo menos un diente del primer anillo (14a), definiendo entonces la segunda posición de funcionamiento (20b, 120b) del pasador retráctil la posición angular de la pieza de trabajo (13) fijada sobre la base de soporte giratoria (18), pudiéndose relacionar funcionalmente la posición angular, en funcionamiento, a un plano común a ésta, el eje (25) de la rueda dentada o polea (11) y el eje (26) de la cuchilla generatriz o instrumento de pinones (16).
