Abstract

Procedimiento de extracción de taninos de corteza de Pinus Pinaster y obtención de adhesivos tanino-fenol-formaldehídos de madera para uso exterior a la intemperie. Se parte de corteza de pinus pinasterfinamente molida (tamaño menor a 3mm para realizar la extracción de los taninos (a temperatura 70- 120ºC en medio alcalino relación sólido/líquidos= 1/5- 1/12 con tiempos de contacto inferiores a 1 hora). Del filtrado se obtienen los taninos mediante secado por pulverización, con o sin evaporación previa. Se prepara a temperatura superior a 70º C (por ejemplo a 90ºC) un resol (con relación molarformaldehido/fenol-1,5-2,5 y relación molar sosa/fenol=0,45-0,6) mezcla de varias fracciones de resol, en las proporciones adecuadas para cada caso y se les añade de un 5 a un 20% de los taninos extraídos de la corteza de pino. El conjunto se copolimeriza a temperatura ambiente durante 12 horas.
