Abstract

Procedimiento para transformar un material polímero termoplástico en pedazos granulares caracterizado pro comprender el expulsar el material, en estado de fusión, en forma de un hilo o varilla, que, con preferencia, tenga una sección transversal de forma circular, elíptica o análoga redondeada, directamente desde el orifico de expulsión al interior de una masa de líquido refrigerante y el cortar transversalmente el hilo o varilla en fragmentos, mientras está sumergido en el líquido y antes de haberse enfriado por completo pasando al estado sólido.
