EN UNA REALIZACION DE LA INVENCION, SE PROPORCIONA UN CATALIZADOR LIQUIDO QUE COMPRENDE ENTRE EL 10 Y EL 60 % DE UNA SAL DE MAGNESIO DE UN ACIDO O ACIDOS ALCANOICOS ESPECIFICOS, Y ENTRE EL 90 Y EL 40 % DE UN ACIDO O ACIDOS ALCANOICOS ESPECIFICOS, ESTANDO COMPRENDIDA LA RELACION MOLAR DE ACIDO ALCANOICO A MAGNESIO ENTRE 1,5 Y 20,3. LA SOLUCION O EL LIQUIDO CATALIZADOR, CONTACTA O SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON UN HIDROXI - ALDEHIDO ESPECIFICO, BAJO CONDICIONES DE REACCION ADECUADAS, PARA FORMAR EL DIHIDROXI - ESTER ADECUADO.
