Abstract
The edible vegetable oils based composition comprises, per litre of edible vegetable oil, lecithin 5-50 g, antioxidant 10-200 mg, antioxidant synergic 0.05-1 mg and anti-foaming agent 0.001-1 g respectively. In cookery work it reduces smoke and smell emission, foam production, and disagreeable smell and taste transmission in the cooked food. The composition can be re-used.
