Abstract

Procedure for manufacturing an inertial equilibrium compound for machinery which comprises: using steel slag which is subjected to a milling process in a grinder, such that the hammers rotate on their axis at 200 rpm, reducing the slag to a size between 0 and 10 millimetres; steel scale is used, being subjected to a sifting process to obtain fragments of the same size as the slag; the slag and scale are mixed in a proportion of 90% weight slag and 10% weight scale; a binding agent of the resin family and a catalyst are added to this mixture; the blended substance thus obtained is pressed in a steel mould at a load of 375 kilos/square centimetre; once shaped and unmoulded, the component thus obtained receives a coat of resin-based paint.
