Abstract

Un aparato envasador en una línea transportadora para su uso en el llenado de cajas de cartón con artículos comprimibles, comprende primer y segundo pistones (4, 6) de apisonamiento que operan en secuencia en una cámara (2), para comprimir sucesivamente los artículos y conducirlos a través de una rampa (2a) hacia una caja (C) de cartón. Se ha previsto un obturador (32) planar en la parte inferior de la rampa (2a) para cerrar la misma entre las operaciones de llenado de la caja de cartón. La rampa y la caja de cartón están separadas solamente por el obturador, de modo que se reduce al mínimo el espacio entre las mismas y se facilita también la extensión del pistón (6) actuador hasta el contenedor, para envasar los artículos, en el mismo de manera más firme. El obturador gira en un eje vertical descentrado respecto a la rampa, estando su cara interior en contacto con las cajas de cartón, y se mueve generalmente en la dirección de avance de la caja de cartón a lo largo de la línea transportadora.
